“I am not sure why there are some negative reviews as to the customer service, but my experience couldn't have been better!The moment I walked in the door, Ann greeted me with a smile and asked if she could help me. After explaining what I needed, she then referred me to Genevieve. In the meantime, Ann and I had a wonderful conversation! Then Genevieve proceeded to help me with a complicated situation, which could have potentially been extremely stressful, except that she was so kind, compassionate, and professional, that I couldn't have had a better experience!On a sidenote, Desert Financial, could you please award your employees annually, instead of bi-annually? When I asked her about her Lucite numeral 1, Genevieve explained to me that she had actually been there two years, and was close to getting her three year award, which will be a Lucite 3. I didn't understand, where was the 2? I was told they are only given out every two years. Are you flipping kidding me? Come on Desert Financial, award your excellent employees annually! I would personally pay for a 2 for Genevieve, and if it comes down to 4 years, I will gladly pay for that one! People like Genevieve and Ann, and I'm sure there are others, are why I didn't close my accounts and leave Desert Financial!”

“I’ve never been to this location before-was buying a car down the road and needed a cashiers check super quick. I was in and out in under 5 minutes, but it could have been quicker had we not gone back and forth chatting about vanilla ice and MC Hammer. Don’t remember the guys name but he was awesome and efficient.”

“It's a bank. I'm sure we all have our preferences. I've been a member of a sister branch since about 2003 and I love my tiny credit union. However, recently I decided to join Arizona Financial for a few perks that are still unavailable at my previous spot. Particularly, Zelle. Anyhow, the staff has always been friendly as I've used the branch due to limited branches of my actual bank for years.Upon signing up online, I had a few issues and went directly into the branch for assistance. I then received a call back 2 days later from the online folks. I was able to inform them the branch helped me directly. I'm unsure if this information is still current but a few years ago I was researching big oil and looking for a bank that keeps out of bug oil. Much to my surprise Arizona Financial and my credit union were listed as being the only banks who didn't have their hands covered in oil (so to speak) for me, that was a massive factor in continuing and preferring these banks compared to others. As I said, I'm not sure if this still holds true but it did noy yoo long ago and for me, that is still a huge part of my decision. So, if you're like me and such things are important take a look and see if its still true because there aren't many if any banks in this state who don't participate in those sorts of things.”
