CVS provides prescription service; a team ready a prescription before a 5‑minute drive. Staff are pleasant and professional. One pharmacist was described as the best, correcting a vaccine insurance issue within minutes and being an asset to the company. A customer moved to this location after a horrible experience elsewhere; the new staff keep medications ready on time and are helpful even when understaffed. The pharmacy is a choice for customers, with a pleasant first visit and a second visit where a pharmacist answered questions pleasantly. Customers feel satisfied and plan to send future scripts there because it is easy for their insurance.
Giving a shoutout to Patrick Rohan who went above and beyond to get me information about whether a product was in stock. This level of customer service is greatly appreciated and the kind of thing that will encourage me to visit the store again in the future.
