If I could give 0 stars I would. The Pharmacy team are some of the rudest people I’ve ever come an across. How this place is still on business blows my mind. It’s unfortunate that they feel the need treat people this way. They almost seem to enjoy being this mean and think it is funny.

Pharmacist Caitlin Osborn is the best I have seen in a CVS pharmacy or entire store. We had a problem where we were charged for our vaccines and had to pay out of pocket when they were covered by insurance. Caitlin figured out the problem a corrected it for us within minutes. Most likely the worst CVS I've ever been to. Reported the rude service I received from Dave the store manager. He was reported to corporate. If you must go to a CVS I would highly recommend going to the CVS in Scottsdale on Indian School. Much cleaner, brighter, and far better service!
