I've ordered from Dillon like 3 times because their stuff is awesome and even after almost 2 decades I've only needed to order replacement parts that many times. Just an awesome company. They take care of their Veterans too. When I tried to order a part, Sam asked me why I was ordering it, and I explained that it had failed and I had a spare that I replaced it with. He warrantied the part out without hesitation. I just can't even imagine a better customer service mantra than what they provide. If you reload, and you're using something other than a Dillon Press, you're doing it wrong.”

The staff was respectful and patient, and even happily talked on the phone with my brother to help clarify questions. Angelo had a great suggestions, was super friendly and jumped to help me look at my options. Everyone behind the counter was just as friendly, helpful, and patient.
