Chris was great. So helpful, patient, and had a good eye for what I liked. My experience at Marc Jacobs was amazing because of Chris.
Alex was so welcoming and engaging. Alex had great brand knowledge and shared so much interesting information about Marc Jacobs.

My daughter Channing and I came in the store today and had the best customer service I could ever experience. Alexander and Stephanie waited on us. From the time we entered the door, it was over the top service. I bought my daughter a beautiful bag. Thank you again for making our experience so wonderful
