“Friend bought my cats food as gift from PS+, but they wouldn’t eat it. So I tried to return for credit to buy food I know my fussy cats will eat. Owner took a loud, hissy fit (no pun intended), because I didn’t have receipt and wanted my friend’s name. That was it for me. Then sent me to Petsmart (a store I prefer), but PS doesn’t carry same line of cat food. Unbelievable hassle for small credit, that would have instantly gone back to PS+. No wonder they’re a small outfit with even smaller customer treatment.
Subsequently, owner requested I call store. Did so and was treated warmly and store credited for other purchases”
“We love My Dogs Hair Salon! Megan is such a great groomer! She is kind and loving, and she always pays special attention to Gracie’s cut! She listens to my concerns and helps my dog look and feel her best. Gracie always gets compliments on her groom, and it is all due to Megan!! I’m grateful to have a salon and groomer who I can trust with my fur baby!”
“I took my goldendoodle here and Mac was her groomer. He was very kind and gentle with her and did a fabulous job! Their prices are very reasonable and it’s easy to schedule. I already scheduled her next appointment with Mac.”
“What a nice pet store, and it’s locally owned! The selection of foods and toys is great. The prices are lower than other pet stores. I buy better, more nutritious food and it’s still a few dollars less. My dog trainer suggested it, I’m so happy she did.”

“Went here to pick up my cat litter as they were sold out at my usual location. I went inside the store to pick up my purchase. Unfortunately I had gotten there early and it wasn't quite ready yet but they were able to expedite my purchase so I could get it right away. Then one of the employees of the store helped me to get it in my car. Thank you very much for going above and beyond.”
“Cashier was terrific. Very helpful with my monthly membership and with applying my credits to my purchase. Need to discontinue my membership due to closing of Fountain Hills store & no longer grooming my dog there + dog on last leg at 13 yrs old. A number Petco stores I have stopped in at do not carry the beneful dog food my dog liked.”
“Have been going to this location for over a year and a half now to get food and toys for my cat and dog. They are always so helpful. Recently, I had the chance to be helped by Nadia, who was an absolute delight. My chihuahua Buzz was not eating his regular food, so Nadia said I could return it, then recommended another food to try ( Stella and Chewy's Coated Kibble). Buzz loved it and we are back to normal 'round here thanks to Nadia's help. She really went out of her way to help me. Very impressive. The other young lady, Victoria is always super nice, too. Actually, the employees are all exceptionally knowledgable, good people, and the food is top quality. So convenient, too. They love pets and it shows. Also, forgot to mention that Sierra is amazing. She has been incredibly nice every time I visit and is extremely knowledgeable. Great staff.”
“I love this store. They have a great selection of all natural and organic dog food and treats. They are on the more expensive side and I don't buy items there that I can get cheaper elsewhere, but the selection of natural treats is extensive and I definitely feel they are worth the price.”

“We are new to the area and found our forever groomer. Mac is wonderful with our Finley and does a great job! The staff is very friendly and helped us to get Finley comfortable with his grooming needs, because he really takes time warming up to new people. I highly recommend this place and Mac!”

“I have bought many things at this store but never again. I bought some bermuda recently that was so bad our horses would not eat it. When I brought it back the clerk ask if I had opened the bail. I said yes, how else would I know that it was not fit to eat. Iwas told in no uncertain terms that they would not exchange or refund my money. AlthoughThey are the most convenient supplier to me I will never go back under any Circumstance. They have the worst attitude of any feed store in our state”
“Brianna did such an excellent job with my Husky’s thick nails - I couldn’t be more grateful to her. Now, I’m extremely protective of my children so to hand them over to a stranger gives me anxiety in so many ways until I discovered this place. I can’t speak for the grooming service as I do that myself, but when it comes to having my Husky’s nails trimmed, I am not worried anymore. I tried out several different people there but Brianna is my favorite. She was so gentle with my Husky although he was irritated by the loud noise (blow dryer) and got the job done perfectly. I tried to cut his nails myself but he gets so whiny with me because he can. And while I do not watch the groomer cut my Husky’s nails because it would get him distracted, I think it’s fantastic that there is 100% transparency through their glass windows. Also, the whole staff is so friendly and makes you feel taken care of while waiting. I’m really happy I discovered this place because they make my life so much easier.”

“Came in today trying to find some new food to try out for my 10 year old cat who has been getting picky. The gentleman that helped me out and I feel bad I don't remember his name, but had light blonde hair was very knowledgeable. Even though they did not have the Open Farm food I was looking for he was able to steer me in the right direction to another food to try out. When I got home was skeptical if it would be successful. Put it down and she dove right in. I was amazing at how much she ate and how fast! Thanks for the wonderful service today!”
“This petsmart location is the best. My dog Penny absolutely loves the staff and has so much fun at doggie day camp. The people that work in that area are doing the lords work. Mike is always so kind and patient with Penny and you can tell he really loves being with the animals. My dog is always so excited to see him and everyone who works in that area. Laura the trainer is a miracle worker and so skilled. Penny loves spending time with her and she has learned so much! I trust the great people who work at this location and I really can’t ask for more than that! 5 stars all day long!”

“Melody is the best groomer in town for my two big hairy dogs. They love going there and the hugs she gives them. I appreciate Melody's input re: their coat care and insight into any of their idiosyncrasies. She's been there for all of my six big dogs over the years. I highly recommend her shop and her services.”
