“Today I went to the store. My feet were in pain. I needed extra wide shoes. A young man waited on me. His name is Mazin Ashby. I have never had a salesperson so helpful in my life! He was patient and kind. He educated me on the type of shoe to buy. He took his time and didn't rush me. He was so knowledgeable about the foot and the type of shoe I needed. I am just blown away by the service I received from him. I will shop there again when I need shoes!”
“Listen, when I say wonderful customer service, perfect timing and incredible quality. I brought my daughter a pair of boots in the store but my boots had to be ordered since I was blessed with a big foot. The boot company (Double D Ranch) were able to do a custom 12 boot. This was a birthday present to myself and just got here a day after my birthday and I could not be more pleased. They have such a great selection of boots for the rest of you small feet people lol. When I walked into the store later that day I was greeted immediately, and Laura was knowledgeable, welcoming, and took her time to help me find the right fit. One of the best experiences I've ever had buying shoes. Highly recommend.”

“My old Park Avenues were tight in the toe box. I shared the issue with Cameron who kindly spent one hour with me to help me find the perfect width and size. I tried on every variation in width in several sizes. He happily laced up each one for me and was immersed in finding me the perfect shoe.
I typically dont write reviews, but I also rarely meet genuinely kind people like Cameron. I felt comfortable and well treated. My experience in this particular store has made me a customer for life. Outstanding service from a true gentleman.”
“I ordered a pair of Mephisto Hurrikan moccasins from the company website in my usual size (8.5), but they were WAY too large. They take returns but don’t do exchanges and suggested I talk with Aaron in Scottsdale.He asked a lot of questions and suggested trying a full size down. I think they are going to work quite well. “I took in a pretty expensive pair of Giuseppe‘s Zanotti boots that actually are a very bad design as there was no zipper, and they are over the knee boots. After having two spine surgeries, my feet are still a little swollen and I couldn’t get the boots on, so I took them to Ariel’s to see if it was possible to put a zipper in them. OMG! I just picked them up and I can get them on no problem and they look beautiful. They look like the zipper was meant to be there. I will never take my shoes or handbag any place else other than Ariel’s. Thank you so much!”

“If there is a finer women's clothing shop for the prices in the U. S. we have yet to find it. The amount of clothing and shoes is nearly overwhelming. The staff is well trained ,or experienced, and makes shopping here a dream, friendly, courteous ,considerate are not enough adjectives to express our feelings about Craig and the ladies. We wish we lived closer but are assured we will be kept apprised of new shipments.”
