Melissa took the time to walk me through the entire process, performed a foot analysis using their equipment, and recommended the best setup for my mobility, comfort, and the type of work I do.

“We already wrote a great service we got for our for baby but we found out recently that Dr Rossi is no longer with Banfield. She has taken care of our fur babies for years and we have total confidence in her. All of a sudden she's not there and we have no idea who the new vets are. We are visiting tomorrow and really hope that the new vet is as qualified, concerned and caring as Dr rossi. Also knowledgeable and so very well trained to take care of our sophie. Who had multiple issues when we got her at 12 years old.”

“I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Tillys, and I just had to take a moment to recognize one of their employees, Isaiah. He truly went above and beyond while helping me and my daughter.
From the moment we walked in, Isaiah greeted us with a genuine smile and such positive energy. His customer service was outstanding—there wasn’t a single thing we asked for that he didn’t gladly assist with. When I thanked him, he humbly said he was “just doing his job,” but I made sure to let him know he was doing so much more than that.
Isaiah made our entire shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. Employees like him are rare, and he is absolutely a wonderful addition to the Tillys team. We need more people like him!

“I had such a great experience at Skechers today! I came in with a somewhat complicated return involving several pairs of shoes. I had my receipts but not the online ones. The store was busy- phones ringing, customers needing help, lots going on-but they still went above and beyond to track everything down and make it right! It’s not often you see that level of care, especially during a busy time. I left happy and truly appreciated it. Excellent customer service!”

Picked up a pair of New Balance 9060s definitely not my usual style, especially coming from someone who normally shops at Target for clothes and shoes but they’re super comfortable.
