The manager keeps the store upbeat, and you can tell with how much the associates respond to that working environment. Vans as a whole is great quality and fairly priced. “The store was neatly organized. They have it divided into 4 sections. When you first enter to your left are about 3 aisles of men's shoes and to your right are 3 aisles of women's shoes. There are shoes of every color and all in the Sketcher's brand.At the back left side, there's clearance shoes. At the back right side, there's kids' shoes. Also saw some backpacks. Store size a bit small, but overall decent selection.”

“I honestly cannot say enough good things about this particular DSW. I'm not a huge shoe gal, but I did order a few pairs online in December. I went to pick them up and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with both Miss Doris and Alexis, a manager. These two women are incredible with their customer service skills. Doris is a cashier and she just gets customer service. Dare I say she offered the best customer service I've had since pre-Covid. She is pleasant and helpful and made me feel valued as a customer. Alexis had to step in due to some issues with my order and she was also terrific. I was fortunate enough to go back in last, primarily based off my previous experience, and find both ladies working again. It wasn't a fluke- both were just as helpful and kind as could be. I'd give this location 10 stars if I could. DSW: Make sure to retain these two and give them a raise!!!!”

“I walked into famous footwear in Queen Creek and was greeted at the front door I asked for assistance, and the young Filipino woman went above and beyond to help me not only find the shoe I was looking for which I couldn't find in which they did not have in stock, but she said please just wait and I will call another store and get them to hold it for you. Simultaneously she was helping two other guests all with a huge smile in the most awesome attitude it's because of her that they get five stars and I wish I knew what her name was because she's an asset for any business and was all about customer service I was impressed and will be back”

“We were on the hunt for a particular shoe for our grand kid. Other shoe stores were extremely unhelpful when compared to the level of customer service we experienced from Sauni at thus location. I will say this much, as long as she is here and we are in the Phoenix metropolitan area, this is our spot and this young lady is our go to. Massive selection, extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell as well as exclusives for their sister stores. Located in the Fashion Mall in Chandler. Kudos Champ.”
