“I had such a great experience at Skechers today! I came in with a somewhat complicated return involving several pairs of shoes. I had my receipts but not the online ones. The store was busy- phones ringing, customers needing help, lots going on-but they still went above and beyond to track everything down and make it right! It’s not often you see that level of care, especially during a busy time. I left happy and truly appreciated it. Excellent customer service!”

“Went into Red Wing to get a pair of steel toes. It was empty and I was helped immediately. I was shown a few different moc toe boots that I liked and finally went with a new black style with rubber protection.
While I was there, I also brought in three pairs of boots to get cleaned and oiled, including two moc toes and a pair of Iron Rangers. I bought a tube of brown Tuff Toe right there and had them apply it to the pair I wanted.
I got a call a couple of days later saying they were ready. When I walked in to pick them up, the lady was helping another customer and greeted me immediately. I waited for them to finish and she brought out my shoes, putting them in a bag because I had three pairs. They even swapped out my laces that were starting to rip. I brought them some pumpkin chocolate chip cookies to thank them for the cleaning and oiling. The boots came out looking very good, close to new, though it is hard to look brand new when they are well-used. It is a very nice service.”
