Sonora Quest Laboratories offers a wide range of lab tests, including over 70 available without a doctor's order and free COVID testing for the uninsured. Experiences with staff vary, with many reviews describing them as kind, helpful, professional, and great, noting fast and efficient service where walk-ins were seen quickly. Some reviews, however, mention an unfriendly and dismissive technician with very poor customer relations. The process is often reported as fast, with patients seen promptly even as walk-ins and sometimes out in 15 minutes. While most experiences are positive, citing great service and staff who help solve problems, a minority report negative individual interactions.
