The Wells Fargo Bank branch in Scottsdale offered deposit products, self‑service tools and personalized attention to help support financial goals. Customers can stop by or make an appointment and count on everyday banking with basic services. The staff at the branch was great and friendly, made thorough, reassuring and positive customer experience. Employee went out of his way to make sure customers got taken care and appreciate. However, the banking system is messed and some customers are very disappointed with how to get basic services. The branch was a member FDIC and help empowering customers.

On multiple times when trying to either close accounts or transfer funds it has required an appointment..and when calling appointments are hard to come by.I am planning on closing accounts and moving to a different bank.
