It is "A MUST VISIT" sort of place for me on every trip to Scottsdale.I've never had a bad dish, the environment is appealing (inside and out on the patio) and they've always had great wines on their list.

Courtyard is lovely & overall atmosphere is beautiful. Food was a little disappointing - especially for the price. Service was prompt.
Upscale Parisian bistro in the heart of Kierland commons- specialties include our Flat Iron Steak, Onion Soup, Scallops, fresh seafood and Oysters and much, much more. Well known for our unique and quaint atmosphere including a intimate garden courtyard, candelabras, Eiffel Tower and banquettes decking vintage French books.
About the restaurant: Drawing inspiration from landmark bistros in Europe and the U.S., owner Terry Ellisor came up with his own rendition: a comfortable wood-floored, antique-filled charmer in Kierland Commons that encourages lounging at the zinc-topped bar or out on the patio (great for people-watching). Chef and co-owner Matt Carter has worked under Christopher Gross, Michael DeMaria and Thomas Keller and his menu, which offers bistro classics as well as the occasional flight of fancy, shows off his creative and playful personality with tasty results.Food & Drinks: Try the blue cheese burger, the (slightly Frenchified) mac 'n' cheese, smoked salmon crêpes, skate salad, chocolate soufflé --- really anything. At Zinc, it's all good.
