My wife and I stopped in later one evening when we were stoked there was a Madewell store nearby. We wish we had the name of the lady helping us. She was super helpful and so friendly. We enjoyed making our purchase.

Buyer Beware! Do not attempt to return items and expect a refund.This company will come up with all kinds excuses so they do not have to return your money. Customer service is terrible for a company that appears legitimate in appearance, but is a shame when requesting a refund. posted (01/18/2023)

I hate shopping for jeans. My sister in law recommended Madewell and they did a fantastic job finding what I liked and even altered them while I waited.
