“Great customer service! Installed fiyr new tires on my Challenger and installed one tire on a spare OEM wheel I purchased to be used as a spare. They brought all tires into alignment so they wont wear as fast as the original tires did.”

He kept me updated every step of the way, always proactive but never pushy, and treated my time with real respect.
I was purchasing from out of state, which could have been stressful, but Eric made it completely smooth. He sent regular updates, checked in often, and honestly treated my truck like it was his own. That kind of care and pride is something you rarely find in this industry, and it meant a lot to me.

“I’ve spent years frustrated by an issue with my pre owned vehicle. It had some odd quirks as many older vehicles do. My main issue was that periodically it wouldn’t start immediately, but it always started eventually. After many trips to mechanics who would think they found the issue, charge for their work (rightfully so), and then the same issue would persist, I didn’t know what else to do. As a woman who knows very little about car mechanics, going into a car shop can be intimidating. A family member recommended Hopper Automotive, with the start of a new year I was ready to give a new mechanic a try. I was warmly greeted by Mr. Hopper when I walked in the door. He listen to me explain the problem, I showed him a video I had taken showing the issue, then we headed outside to take a look together. Within minutes he had a theory of what the problem might be, he noticed the “quirks” and took them as clues. Two days later I received a call that my car was ready for pick up, much sooner than I anticipated so I was a little nervous. Yesterday I went to pick up my vehicle and I drove away in tears. HAPPY TEARS! Mr. Hopper had finally diagnosed and resolved the issue that had stumped others. Years of frustration have come to an end. I feel 100% confident that the right fix was done on my vehicle this time. Thank you, Hopper Automotive, for giving me peace of mind.”

“I’ve been really impressed with 3 Kings. I was driving around for years with broken engine mounts because other shops quoted me over $1,000 to fix them. Then my truck started having TCM issues, and again, most places wanted at least $2,000. Chris and Maryann (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) got both problems fixed for less than what others wanted just for the TCM alone.
They also found and corrected issues I didn’t even know about — like wires grounded wrong by previous mechanics (someone had even used a shifter cable as a ground). After the TCM repair, a sensor in the transmission failed, and Chris even offered to fix that free of charge.
He truly goes the extra mile with repairs. I couldn’t recommend them enough — they’ve absolutely earned every 5-star review they get.”

This location (and others) will no longer take any vehicles that have Endurance insurance, because Endurance LIED, they said they would cover the repair, then became flippant and very unprofessional over the phone. There's a civil lawsuit that's been filed against them, use Google and join, PLEASE, that is the only way to rid ourselves and others of this asinine and worthless company. A retired (Veteran) should not have to deal with this stress, and NO, I will not let this go. Thank you again, for what you stated earlier. And thank u for taking care of my friend

“I just bought a Dodge Caravan that was in rough shape. Mr. Shields came to my house to jump start it and took it to the shop. We talked about the repairs I wanted as opposed to the repairs I needed. He has a very pleasant demeanor that made everything better. My van was done in 2 days only because it needed to go to the auto glass place for a windshield. For the amount of work that was done in the amount of time, I am very impressed. Also his prices are more than reasonable.”

Diagnosed problem and fixed problem.
Took somewhat longer than I had hoped due to parts not all arriving on time.
Did efficient job and reasonable price.
But after driving a day I checked under hood and found they forgot to put engine cover back on my truck.
Very upset with this as I could have left town without this if I didn’t check!
My advice is : always check a garages work to see it was done correctly (to best of your ability) there seems to be some careless places out there that don’t pay attention to “details”

“Incredibly happy!! Ken came to my home, reprogrammed two new key FOBs for my Honda pilot in about 15 min and got them working. He did check to make sure the FOBs were programmable first. Totally awesome, fast and friendly service. Been here twice, once to have a set of tires mounted on existing wheels on the vehicle, and second time to get new tires mounted onto new rims for a different vehicle (we are making some mods to it so weren't yet ready to have the tires put on the vehicle). No upselling, no fuss, they just get it done as requested, and at very fair and reasonable prices. Going to check in next time we need new tires, and definitely if we need any random tire/wheel work. So glad we found this place!”
