“I have been in Sierra Vista since 6/1 . This was the most costumer oriented store, I have been into since in the area. All staff engaged. I was asked if I needed any help several times.
This right here makes me want to return to this store. Most business don’t even acknowledge the ground you walk on, and could care less if you need any help. Let alone acknowledge you for any sort of greeting. Great job!”
“If only it was closer to Vail. Exceptional inventory of ranch and farm supplies. But my interest was in the sporting goods area. Lots of choices for ammo, reloading components, pistols and rifles. It's an excellent place to shop, and find more than one can hope to find in one store. Good prices and lots of selections.”

“Great deals! Unless you count the gas money it will cost me to go back to get the security tags removed!! I spent $300 there yesterday. I asked the cashier to please make sure to remove ALL the security tags bc I don't live close by. She was more worried about removing the hangers (which I was helping with!) So now, I have to go back 40 miles just to have the security tags removed! I'm disabled and don't drive. So big hassle!! ?♀️?♀️”

“It was kind of busy the 1st day I went and the young lady that helped me had a remarkable attitude about the consistency of her cashier duties. The second time I visit it was onmy because she took pride representing Marshall's and delivering good service even during a rush. Today I returned things with another gal and she also helped me with a pleasant attitude. I would shop here again because of the cashiers.”
