“The guy behind the counter is very courteous and helpful. He explained very clearly what would need to be done the next visit and that my tires need to be replaced. I felt like he cared about my safety.”
“As a first time customer my experience with them was second to none, the customer service awesome, treated me with respect and was very professional. I truly recommend that if you are any issues with your vehicle too use Allen USED AUTO SERVICES”

“I've gone here for about 6 years now. My car is a 2013, so it needs maintenance and care at least once a year. They've always been upfront and fair. If it is something that takes a little trial and error to fix, they are fair about the pricing on that too. I appreciate them keeping my car running until I can ride out the current economy and interests rates. They are also always super busy, so that must means they are doing something right.”

“I cannot rave enough about the care I recieved from Scott, Angel, and the entire Gemba Team. My car came in with an IID in, which made it significantly harder for them to figure out what was going on with the battery. They helped with every step. Called O’Reilly’s & got a new battery to them under warranty. Helped me with the IID company & all their ridiculous requirements. And the week I was supposed to pick up my car, I fell into the hospital for nearly 2 weeks. Gemba was able to talk with my dad & get my car situated for me, allowing my car to stay on their lot for over a month! They made such a difficult process so much better & I felt awful for wasting their time, but they never once made me feel rushed or guilty for it staying as long as it did. We will be using Gemba every chance we get.”
