“Got a flat and a ripped valve on the New River trail north of Happy Valley Rd. Google got me to Roadrunner Bike.
I asked the owner if I could leave the bike there and call an Uber: his reply was yes! (I was 30+miles from home.)
He said it would take a few minutes to get me on my way and he was good to his word. We chatted for bit and had some complimentary cold water with my snack.
Great place to buy and/or maintain your ride. If I lived in the neighborhood, I would be a loyal customer.”
“Bought an SE Big Ripper on ebay and had it assembled here. Had them instal some tire liners, thicker tubes, and chain tensioners. They did a super kick ass job. Everyone was hella friendly and they have a veteran discount! However, I gotta say what sealed the deal on making this my new go to bike shop, is that I love any business that has an old dog walking around inside.”

“Nice people, good products, and knowledgeable people. My son had a problem with his bike after I took mine in for a throttle repair. His was a complicated issue requiring changing battery types with different connectors that required soldering, new plugs, and things I didn't understand. I thought perhaps we had an expensive piece of metal as it was totally inoperable (too bad we had not purchased it at their shop!!). However, Adam jumped on it immediately and an hour or so later it was running as if it was new!! This is a great business with great people. If there was a 10 star rating they would get that also!! Super impressed!”
“Friendly shop with kind service. I came in with my dad's bicycle, expecting to need new tubes and a tune-up. They put air in the tires and adjusted the brakes and sent me out the door in three minutes, no charge. Really appreciated it, and I'll definitely come back the next time I need real work done.”

“I had recently purchased an ebike from Lectric but during the shipping, the shifter was damaged. I called Lectric and they sent me the new shifter and recommended Fit n Fun (as I was unaware they were nearby). I called and set an appointment and dropped it off. Before I was a mile away they called back and said they could get this done quick, so no need to head home. I turned around and by the time I returned it was ready. I cannot praise these guys enough for their work and timeliness. By the way, both of the guys we met there were super friendly and the shifter has worked great. I recommend them highly.”
