“This is the second time I've visited the Walgreens Pharmacy in Sun City West --- once about a month ago, and today May 22, 2024. Both visits were the result of an urgent situation where I was attempting to fill a prescription for a medication that is experiencing some supply chain issues. On both occasions I received over-the-top customer service from Kelsi and Chrysten in the pharmacy department. They each put time and effort to ensure I left the pharmacy with the medication I needed despite some difficulties outside their control. Thank you, Kelsi and Chrysten, for your professionalism, your caring empathy, and your "can do" attitude. I am truly impressed!”
“This is our CVS store where we go get our prescriptions and vitamins, Everyone in the store is very kind and considerate, The one thing that I have to say is that the pharmacy is exceptional service these poor girls need more help. I don’t know why CVS keeps cutting Hours and not have enough people at the registers in the pharmacy. These girls bust their butts. I’m a registered pharmacy tech from a different state and I don’t think that it’s right that they have to run around and not have enough help. It’s ridiculous sincerely Mrs. Pascua.”
