“Great place, they just didn't have what I needed. I wanted to make a cup of HOT TEA. Well, I found out that they don't sell tea or tea bags for hot tea. I don't believe they had peppermint candy either.”
15445 N Greasewood St, Surprise AZ 85378
“I’ve been coming here for 12 years. The drive thru is very convenient and the staff are so friendly and helpful every time. Madison and Sonia have both recommended new products for me to try that have now become my favorites! I will continue to frequent Bubbas as long as the customer service stays amazing!”

“I stopped into the Circle K location, not the most up-to-date store, but the cashier had a great attitude and was very helpful. Not to mention the service guy fixing my coffee machine, Redd was so Hard-working and you could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I was so relieved to see him there fixing the machine being a customer that gets an iced coffee literally 3 to 5 times a day lol I hope Circle K knows they got to great employees working over here”

“So we randomly went to get slushys and I forgot my wallet in my car and my kids were in the store wait and they were talking and he pulled out his wallet and paid”

“Racist woman came to the pharmacy without her insurance card and did not try to get the information herself. The technician was helping her already . She Yelled across the pharmacy to the pharmacist that he had to call her insurance. It does not take a pharmacist to call the insurance, The tech would have helped her but she was out of control. Then complains about the people working.”
14285 West Grand Avenue, Surprise AZ 85374
“I have renewed respect for my neighborhood Walgreens, now that they have had long term, friendly and efficient employees. It always makes me smile when I see Myrna at the front checkout. And Ari in photo is very knowledgeable. And if I need beauty product advice, Rhada is amazing. I am so glad to notice less of a turnover and a cleaner store, inside and out!”
14285 W Grand Ave, Surprise AZ 85374
“I made a mistake not getting the name of the guy at the photo center today but great customer service by him and you could tell get got great values and well raised. We need more young men like him, give him a promotion and raise walgreens!”
15505 W Bell Rd, Surprise AZ 85374
“Hopefully Jenny is still managing this store. My wife and I have been going here for 9 years. After moving further away, and being closer to the waddell/reems store, we still go to the Bell/reems store. I was there today and noticed the pizza was being served like the waddell store. My wife said she saw the manager from the waddell store there the other day, and not Jenny, yelling at the employees. If she is at this store, I will NOT remain a customer, as she is the reason we don't go to the waddell store. If this store is being run by that manager, save yourself some aggrevation and visit QT at grand and mountian view.”
17088 W Bell Rd, Surprise AZ 85374
“Josh was super helpful! Not sure what the ladies name was at the photo center but she stormed off throwing a fit because Josh pointed out she was violating a store policy by leaving an $800 device unattended in the wrong place. Josh is the man!”
11339 W Bell Rd, Surprise AZ 85378
“My whole family's experience with this Circle K has always been awesome. We've always been greeted no matter how many customers are in the store, They also know and remember all of our names and then if something is not working/out of order or if it just stated acting funny or something like they always always do 100%+ to make up for it.”
13870 West Greenway Road, Surprise AZ 85374
“Pharmacy staff is awesome, but every time I call in with a question, the AI makes me want to throw my phone. Stop using the AI, it just makes EVERYTHING HARDER TO DO!”

“This location is one block away from another location by our home. This one has a medical office now built into it. When you walk in the front door you can chose left for medical or right to Walgreens for pharmaceutical. What will they think of next. Pretty smart idea. I love that it is new, bright, and clean. It seems larger than others, but is less busy for some reason. Employees here are super nice.”

“St lunchtime, when the store has good workers on duty, it can rival a sit down restaurant meal. The $3 Meal Deal with hot dog, drink, and chips is just enough. However, you can still add a sweet treat or two.”

“I am a bit surprised at some of these reviews because I have been visiting this little community store for more than a decade, and I have never had a bad interaction with anyone there, found the price of anything I was interested in to be overpriced. They carry a particular beverage that until very recently I couldn't find anywhere else. When I stopped in one day for a six pack, they were sold out. When I mentioned it the clerk wrote the name down, and told me he would have it in a couple days. And he did! And he made sure that every time I stopped in, he always had at least one six pack put away cold for me. That is the kind of old school customer service that I really appreciate!”

“Had a awesome checkout experience today with Rodolfo. Wanted to call him out by name...sadly it's the negative reviews only that get any attention. He was kind, helpful and attentive and immediately jumped in to help me at the register. Lovely young man. He did an even better job of explaining coupons to me...CVS corporate is awful anymore. The gal working whose name I didn't catch was also nice. To the front of the store, keep up the good work. The pharmacy is hit and miss, I prefer the veteran techs. Hugs and kudos to the front from the Phoenician!”
15490 West Bell Road, Surprise AZ 85374
“Looking at all these reviews is funny. My recommendation is for people to download the app to put in your refills. I went in the other day and their was only 1 tech and 1 pharmacist working. Looks to me they do not have any employees to answer the phone. Not really their fault.”

“I was checked out by a girl that was very friendly. My husband and I didn’t find all we needed, but we’re sure it would be in next week. Thank you.”

“This particular pharmacy is great! Like night and day compared to the pharmacy on Waddell and Reems! Glad we switched! The staff greet you with a smile every time. They even go out of their way to look up Rx coupons on good Rx for you! I recommend this location on Litchfield Rd! Not sure why they only have 2.9 stars on google. If a pharmacy is out of something that doesn’t mean they aren’t doing a good job. They simply ran out of stock. That can happen anywhere you go. Keep up the great work! Treat people with kindness and respect as you are doing! That goes a very long way. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had bad experiences for no reason of my own. Just snotty disrespectful and unprofessional attitudes, which is not acceptable! I will continue to go to this pharmacy because they treat you well and are helpful.”

“hello i go to this location all the time to get my medications or just to look around to whats new chck it out they got easter stuff out already you might find something you like”

“I really like this Circle K… the store is clean and the staff is always friendly. My only ongoing issue is with the taquito labels. I specifically go for the cheesy pepper jack taquitos, but several times now the labels haven’t matched what’s actually in the warmer, so I end up getting a completely different flavor once I get home. It’s frustrating because there’s no way to tell until you take a bite. I love the product and will keep coming back, I just wish the taquitos were placed in the correct labeled spots so customers know what they’re buying.”

“This CVS is the best, been a customer there for twelve years. I love the staff and the Pharmacists are awesome! The Manager is friendly and always greets all the customers and the staff is amazing, always pleasant, friendly, and helpful!”

““A great place to grab drinks, snacks, and even some cosmetics. They also have toys for the kids, which always brings back memories. Walgreens has been a part of my childhood, and it will always hold a special place in my heart.””

“Nola in the pharmacy is an absolute caring sweetheart! So rare in a pharmacy nowadays! Usually my experience at pharmacies has been here are your meds get out. She was bright, cheerful and incredibly kind!!! ????”

“Katie at checkout was friendly and very courteous. She explained my $5 off coupon I had and will look forward to shopping here to get my $5 off on my next visit. Sorry to see such terrible reviews about the pharmacy. There are plenty of other pharmacies in Surprise. Perhaps you should give them a try....just saying!!”
