“In my quest for a jewelry store near Surprise that offers G.I.A. certification for precious stones, I discovered Cranstoun Court Jewellers. My desire was to create a custom Emerald engagement ring. Tom, a staff member, was instrumental in this process. He took in my loose emerald for grading and guided me towards a supplier they collaborate with for ring settings.I visited the supplier’s online platform and selected a platinum setting that caught my eye. I relayed this information to Tom, who graciously ordered it for my inspection without any commitment on my part. This gesture left a profound impression on me.Upon the setting’s arrival, it was precisely what I had envisioned. Consequently, I requested Cranstoun to set the emerald and appraise the completed ring. The entire process spanned about a month, a duration I found quite reasonable considering the exceptional quality of the final product.Geoff concluded the transaction, elucidating his appraisal details and permitting me to photograph the ring in-store using one of their viewing pads. The appraisal value surpassed the total cost of the components and labor invested in the ring, leaving me immensely satisfied.I consider myself fortunate to have stumbled upon a full-service jewelry store in the greater Surprise area that far exceeded my expectations with their outstanding products and services. For the finest jeweler on the west side of town, I highly recommend a visit to Cranstoun Court Jewellers!”

“It started off with the phone call, letting London Gold know I wanted 3k Emerald cut diamond with baguettes on the side. The nicest lady on the line invited me in and said that she could help me. I went in and met with Mary Jo. She explained the different grades, cuts, and sizes of the diamonds to me, and I went from there. I had several pictures that I found online that I sent to her and she said they could make whatever I liked. she really kept in contact with me, let me know what’s going on and I had several visits to London Gold through the process of making of my ring, it was amazing. Mary Jo was amazing! Very classy lady and she really knew her jewelry and you could tell by the jewelry she was wearing.At the end of my process, I had a ring with 2 and 1/2k Rounds that I wanted to get made into earrings. She was able to help me with this also, and also by compliments of her!I am going to post a picture, but it just does not show the brilliance of my ring, unfortunately. My ring is stunning!”

“Cute boutique with lots of cute items inside. Finally found a stadium approved pouch!!! The owner is very nice and shared some of the background information on things offered in the store. There's plenty of parking but you guys look for the location. We found it walking pass. Perhaps GPS ON YOUR PHONE might take you to its front door. Yes, I'll ship here again if I need any last min gifts or items that are usually hard to find elsewhere. The only drawback for me is that the receipt doesn't list its location but only list shopping online. Bravo to this store and it's Owner.”

“My Fiancé and I got our engagement rings here, and we could not be happier. I worked closely with Jessica to design my ring, and it turned out utterly perfect. She is so friendly, talented, and accommodating and it was a pleasure to work with her. She made the ring of my dreams come to life! The process was so easy and customizable: I told her what I wanted and showed her inspiration pictures, and she hand drew four different ideas for a ring. Once I approved them, she made a wax model that I could try on with the gemstones, and a digital rendering so I could see it. Then, once I approved that, she made the actual ring! I love that you can try on the dimensions and see what the ring will look like before you approve the final design, and she was super accommodating with the changes I wanted. The ring turned out more gorgeous than I imagined, I can't stop looking at my hand! She helped me pick out a ring for my Fiancé as well. If you want a stunning ring, as well as an amazing customer service experience, work with Jessica, you won't regret it. I will treasure my ring forever!”
