Sonora Quest Laboratories in Sun City West is located inside the Del E. Webb Plaza across from Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center. It provides routine and specialty lab services, with walk-in hours and online appointments available as early as 6:00 a.m. Their My Lab ReQuest™ service offers select tests without a doctor's order. Patients report that the phlebotomists are great, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, making them feel relaxed and welcome. Many describe blood draws as amazing, practically painless, and done well even when veins are difficult. The staff is noted as polite and fabulous. However, the system for scheduling appointments can be frustrating and confusing. Even with an appointment, patients sometimes wait long past their scheduled time while walk-ins go ahead. Despite this, many patients are very impressed and experience timely patient flow, often getting in and out quickly.

Very impressed with Sonora Quest Laboratories… Sun City West, Arizona.I felt they handled the patient flow in a timely manner… Katy D was my phlebotomist… Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel very relaxed and welcome… It is not easy to take my blood… She did an amazing job… Practically painless!

Phlebotomists are great here- have never had a bad one. But the system for scheduling appointments seems misleading.. Even if you schedule an appointment sometimes you'll be stuck waiting long past your scheduled appointment time, while walk-ins go ahead of you. So that can be a little frustrating/confusing
