I'm old, been having blood drawn for decades, and this is the one and only lab that is always successful, without bruises or lots of jabs, and that I don't leave with several unsuccessful sites that didn't produce blood.”

“Unfortunately I don't have the names of previous phlebotomists who have rendered service here, but Sara, the most recent, was very much as they all have been... excellent! They are usually quite busy. Many patients I've witness are nervous and/or impatient. However the staff here is always courteous, efficient, friendly and quite capable!! Kudos to the staff who don't often hear how great they are doing!”

“I had a really good experience here this morning. If you are coming in on Saturday GET HERE AT 7:30 AT LEAST TO WAIT lol. Yes, they do take walk ins and I would honestly avoid making an appointment online entirely and just go as early as possible.
Granted, I was only here to pick up a lab test I was still nervous something would go wrong. One of the employees helped everyone check in and explained my test to me without making me feel rushed she was so sweet I didn't catch her name.”
“Daughter (4 years old) needed a blood draw, we were walk-ins, waited maybe 45min, they told us what to expect, and extra person came in to help hold down my daughter for a quick smooth draw, she screamed like a murder was happening which was to be expected and we were done in a minute, no re-pokes 👍🏽”
