They are usually quite busy. Many patients I've witness are nervous and/or impatient. However the staff here is always courteous, efficient, friendly and quite capable!! “What a difference! This place used to have wall to wall people in the waiting room. ALL seats were filled and the wait time was awful. The management went to appointments only and what a difference!!! The lobby is quiet and orderly and you get right in at your appointment time! I hated to go in there before. Now it is a professional and businesslike atmosphere. MUCH improved!!”
