“Recently went shopping and everyone in the store was cheerful and happy with the Christmas spirit. I love shopping here. There are NO pushy sales people. They just let you shop. They are helpful if you need it. I had an old coupon and they still honored it (very fortunate I know). I love this place. Thank you for over 9 years of complete happiness every time I visit. “I just love this store. The staff are extremely friendly. They greet you when you walk in the door. I just wish the company hadn't closed the store on Elliot Rd in Tempe. The prices are very reasonable and the clothing items are unique. I receive so many compliments on the clothes I buy here. There is a wide variety without being overwhelming.”

“Now I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to on this one. I came in for a silk press, and Let me just say there is NO ONE better to do your hair!!! CC takes her time and effort into her work and it SHOWS! I walked in looking a hot mess, and I walked out feeling STUNNING. My hair looks and feels healthier than it has in a long time. I will be seeing her regularly!!!! As far as I’m concerned, she’s the best here in AZ!!!”

“Very small petite section in downtown location and non-existent in new store. Clearance section is a mess and I can't find sizes I want so I stopped looking. If you want name brand sports item, you can find them here. Unfortunately, that's not what I am looking for.
2026 I just wanted to edit my review to note the new store has added a petite section to their store and I was able to find items on my last (and second since their opening) visit. Very pleased with the layout of the new store.”

“The online order process was smooth. I was concerned it would go as stated as I've had issues in the last. It it was my first time ordering online and going into the store to pick it up. I sent my daughter in and she said the lady was kind and did not trigger her anxiety. However I failed to realize they need my id so I went it just at the right time. It was perfect experience. “This place is owned by the TJ Maxx/Marshalls people but with a focus on sporting goods, Sportswear, camping gear, etc... they even have a few bikes bbqs, pet supplies all at great prices. It's a pretty awesome place with some good quality gear”
“The customer service here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I wish I could give more stars. My daughter and I were just at the mall trying to find an outfit for her birthday weekend and this was by far the best place we came shopping too. Tatyana was amazing as soon as she saw us she immediately stopped folding the shirts she was working on and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and asked us how our day was and what we were looking for, then preceded to tell us about all the AMAZING sales they had going on (great sales amazing prices). My daughter doesn’t warm up to people fast (very shy) but she loved Tatyana even after we left she said “we definitely need to come back that girl was the best”. But Tatyana was the most help she helped my daughter pick out multiple outfits for her birthday weekend. As well as some other items just for everyday use. She found us some cute matching PJs for my daughter and her 2 friends. She helped us into fitting rooms. She was absolutely amazing probably one of the best shopping experience we’ve ever had. She has amazing customer service as well as her coworkers they were all amazing to us. You don’t see customer service like this store has much these days. Definitely keep her around. We will definitely be coming back and telling my friends and family this is definitely the place to shop.”

“I stopped by Sephora the other day & was greeted by Ashley. She was helpful and made my experience at Sephora at Kohl’s really easy. She was kind, welcoming, and took the time to help me find products that would work best for me without making me feel rushed.
She also gave me a few samples to take home so I could try them before deciding, which I really appreciated.
Overall, she had great customer service, and I’d definitely recommend asking for Ashley if you stop by!”
“I am a very indecisive person and the staff here were beyond excellent. I came in earlier to pick up an order and the staff here were fabulous, particularly Moose, Mia and Terra helped me pick the right outfit for me and walk me through why sizes are different between boys and girls. I lost a lot of weight and as someone who wants to show off their skinniness I come to realize girls clothing helps accentuate that thin figure while boys clothing are just square. You know? And they help me understand that the larger size for girls is the same for guys.
On top of that, the next day when I tried on the order I ordered I realized that the hoodie I got was too small but I wasn't so sure. So I came back and another employee Heleigh with the help of Kya help me decide which size was better, turns out a medium LOL, And help me exchange my hoodie for a larger size. Natalie, the manager was extremely professional, helpful and patient with me. Once again, I'm very indecisive and they helped me bring some decisiveness and comfort into the decisions I made in the store
If you ever have any questions with your style or fashion or something you want, the people here are fantastic staff members and once again it's a Hot topic. I mean the selection is excellent, right? You know what you're getting into, but these staff definitely made me feel more comfortable with what I wanted to get into.

She helped me find the perfect fit and even picked out a top that paired perfectly underneath the blazer. She really took her time to make sure I had the best shopping experience possible. “The employees are absolutely wonderful and kind. The issue with my visit has nothing to do with my service, but rather the lack of employees scheduled. There was 1 girl scheduled for the entire store, henna, register, and everything. She was running back and forth having to juggle everything. During tourist season and spring break is not the time to have 1 person on the clock at a time”
“Went the day before 1st day of school year. Jr high 5th grader... tons of selections to start. Walk in the front door and it smells great. We went left from here and found boys section easily, bonus the on sale stuff was nice looking and folded neatly. He found a couple outfits and off to pay, its weird the set up is like an airport bag check line. After the salom we trek'd through, you can self check out or have a person check you out.

He was super patient with all our questions and even grabbed a size off a top-shelf mannequin when I asked. Who would do that because he has already shown from the inventory list that there is no size. Yet, He brought a step ladder right away and checked. (I would not do that ?. I would curse at the customer in my mind.)
He made sure I tried everything on since it was final sale, and even brought a skirt to the dressing room that I’d left at the counter—good thing, too, because it didn’t fit!
I ended up spending more than planned, but honestly, Berj’s service made it totally worth it. You rock!”

“Out and about today and decided to stop by Tanger Outlets to look for some clothes and shoes. When we walked in Tilly’s today we were not only greeted right away, but asked if we needed anything in particular. When we told them what we needed we were also told about some sales going on for that item. The employee helping us, was efficient, friendly and engaging. He went or get an item in the back for us and held it up front while we finished shopping. The store was clean and organized. Prices were pretty decent with the sales.”
“White House Black Market has always been my go-to, but my experience at the Scottsdale Fashion Square location left me in tears—no real help, clothes jammed onto racks, and no support when I needed it most - it was a super busy day for them.
Then I walked into the location at 67th & the 101 in Glendale, and everything changed. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed, encouraged, and truly cared for. Deborah and Maryann were absolute gems! I shared that my husband and I were planning a trip to Europe, including the Monaco F1 Grand Prix, and together we got to work.
They pulled pieces, gave thoughtful advice, and turned what started as a stressful situation into an amazing experience. I left with 12 beautiful pieces, four of which I wore in Monaco and received so many compliments!
I came back today to share photos, and Deborah immediately jumped in to help me select another 7 pieces for an upcoming trip to DC. Shopping with her and Maryann is fun, personal, and genuinely uplifting.
