The new microwave unit was going to accentuate the "yellowing" of the old oven below it...so we decided on all new appliances. “Our old dishwasher started leaking out lots of water & displaying an error code Sunday night. Monday AM we started shopping. Spencers gave us the best price on our new Bosch 800. We had Bosch previously and love the quality & reliability. Delivery was arranged for the very next day! The delivery/install man was very polite & efficient. We are very happy & will use Spencers again!”

It was an impressive store but easy to get overwhelmed if not helped out when you start going there.
I’m new to learning to quilt and their shop is impressive in size and amount of stuff they have but I wondered around for awhile lost. I saw employees talking with each other but not one person came up to me and asked if I needed help. I was one of the few people shopping in the store.
I bought a little fabric and tried to engage woman cutting fabric in conversation on how I was new and she never said anything to me but carried on her conversation with co workers.
I felt invisible there. I’ve visited a smaller store and gotten questions answered.
It’s a shame if it’s not bringing and helping new customers”

Hunter made sure I purchased the correct part and also helped me find another part I needed that was no longer available by finding one on ebay.
I have very seldom gotten this great of service. Hunter was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, communicated well, and all with a great smile.

Items were as advertised (3 faucets in excellent condition). The store was very clean and organized with a great variety of products, very easy to shop. She listened carefully to our needs, guided us through their selection of bathroom fixtures, and provided a detailed, transparent quote. When our remodeling team began installing the faucets, they realized I had chosen the wrong style and recommended larger grab bars for our walk-in shower. Jim, the manager, along with Brenda, helped me with the return process. They made the return and exchange smooth and hassle-free! “Well I went into the store looking for a small amount of white PVC pipe. They did not have it but not only they go through the links just to make sure they didn't have it but they also found me another product (black 3" pvc) that will work just as good. See you right now I'm building a custom speaker box and thanks to the gentleman at the store for helping me find well I didn't know that I needed LOL I am able to finish it tonight. “I was in the store earlier today and I left my wallet between the stress of my a/c not working and rushing to try and fix it I forgot it and the gentleman that was working drove 20 minutes straight to my house after the store closed to return it to me personally. There are still honest people out there and I am so thankful. I will never shop anywhere else for any future repairs.
