“I purchased a part fro my washer today from Hunter at your Appliance Parts Co. store located at 1595 N. 113th Ave 85392.

Hunter made sure I purchased the correct part and also helped me find another part I needed that was no longer available by finding one on ebay.

I have very seldom gotten this great of service. Hunter was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, communicated well, and all with a great smile.

You are fortunate to have such a great employee.

“I was asked if I needed help from Ryan with the Pro Desk , I showed him what I was looking for to help keep my cover on my pickup during windy weather. He explained that the clips I needed were only available on line.
Then he asked me if I had running boards on the truck? Yes I do I told him. He proceeded to sell clamps that ratchet.
Freaking Genius!!!
What a great idea and it saved me money. Thanks again Ryan, it was a pleasure meeting you and also the girl that was at the register when we paid could not have been nicer if she tried. She and Ryan are natural great people.

“I don’t often leave reviews but this young man has become such an important part of my gardening journey. Jonas, in the garden center helped me completely design my gardening bed, from picking the right plants to grow together, to knowing the amount of lighting they need based on where I plant them, as well as teaching me what to expect after they are planted including how to properly trim them and care for them. Every time I come to the garden center, he shares his knowledge about plants, and is so friendly, enthusiastic and passionate about his work. “Hands down the Peoria location has always gone over and beyond for me as a long time customer....I don't know if it's because the manager Stacey, at this location knows what it takes to make sure the customer satisfied. Even when I've had an issue with an item or my payment not going thru, they are Profesional, polite and quick to take care of ur needs. I have never been disappointed w/ any interaction iron purchase and even return. Have been a
customer w/ them for over 5 years and have leased numerous items they have to choose from. Tv's, sectionals, tables, a washer, laptop....highly recommend this location.”

“One of my favorite Home Depots. Last year our local Home Depot canceled our Christmas light order and we were without. We made do and lined the house with strands with large bulbs to get by. I almost waited too long this year again! Our local location only had 12 boxes left. Concerned about accurate inventory I placed my order out of the North Peoria location so I was hopefully guaranteeing availability. I received my email and my order was ready in a locker. If your getting a lot of items make sure to bring a cart with you to pick up. Spscious clean Home Depot. Super friendly employees. Not as busy as our local location. Usually has better inventory.”
