“In my last 2 visits, 18 months and 2 months ago, the employee was very helpful and polite. He found what I needed and have done helpful instructions. When I went in today, 3/16/26, I asked the employee being the counter for a specific online valve. Another employee interrupted and asked what kind i needed. When I told him he said we don't carry that. I told him I bought one 2 months ago. He said something about make sure it's the right one. If you use it or take it apart, you can't bring it back. He was blunt and seemed rude to me. He found one for me, and the employee behind the counter rang it up. Then the 'rude' employee called him to the back warehouse. I don't know if that was related to my transaction. I will continue to go to Sprinkler World, but will not ask for help by this 'rude' employee again.”

“This company is awesome!!!!! I have been struggling to rebuild my credit paying things off and nothing has changed. I got an account here and as soon as I got it I lost my job :( I called them and told them and they remembered I had just moved into my house and were concerned I would have trouble with my house payment? I mean not one mention of "well I guess we can pick it up" or "it will go to collections". No, not these wonderful people who were so nice my family and I cried. They said "Brad, when can you pay it? You will get through this. You will get a job. How long do you need with your current bills for you to settle?" I told them 60 days. They moved it for me and said don't worry. We got you. "When you purchase with us and Bob's Discount Furniture; you're Family." I could never and I mean never recommend anyone else. I self reported this credit line through Experian and have been card offers and accepting them. If you need furniture and you are worried about credit. Acceptance now won't judge you and will go out of their way to help you. Thank you acceptance now.”

“Outstanding Service and Truly Proactive Customer Care I recently purchased two toilets and installation services through Lowe's. One installation was completed successfully, but the second project became complicated when it was discovered that the toilet required a 10-inch rough-in rather than the 12-inch model that had been purchased. The plumbing contractor removed the incorrect toilet and returned it to Lowe's, which resulted in a refund for the toilet itself. However, there was understandable confusion regarding the installation charge that was no longer needed. Here's what impressed me: before I even had to follow up, a Lowe's associate contacted me. She reviewed the entire order history, clarified what had happened, confirmed that the installation refund was being addressed, and made sure there was no confusion regarding my replacement purchase and upcoming installation. As someone with a busy schedule, this level of proactive customer service was priceless. Most companies wait for customers to call back repeatedly. Lowe's did the opposite. They reached out first, took ownership of the situation, and ensured everything was handled correctly. I especially want to recognize the associate who called me. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a positive experience. If Lowe's can identify her based on my order history, she deserves recognition for an outstanding job. More importantly, I want to recognize Lowe's as an organization for empowering employees to provide this type of service. Large home improvement projects can involve multiple vendors, contractors, deliveries, returns, and refunds. The fact that Lowe's took the initiative to contact me and verify all the details demonstrates a level of accountability that is becoming increasingly rare. If I were shopping for a home improvement retailer and came across a review like this, it would absolutely influence my decision. Products can be purchased anywhere. What earns customer loyalty is knowing that when something becomes complicated, a company will step up, take ownership, and make it right. Lowe's earned my trust through this experience, and I greatly appreciate both the employee who helped me and the organization's commitment to customer care.”

“Well I went into the store looking for a small amount of white PVC pipe. They did not have it but not only they go through the links just to make sure they didn't have it but they also found me another product (black 3" pvc) that will work just as good. See you right now I'm building a custom speaker box and thanks to the gentleman at the store for helping me find well I didn't know that I needed LOL I am able to finish it tonight. Thank you Home Depot thank you for the employees and staff that you guys have there's a reason why I've been going to you guys for over 30 years and I will continue to go and see your company till the day I die. We paid and went to our vehicle and ran into Steven, again. He helped us load the concrete in our vehicle and was such a professional and friendly. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had here.”
