“In my last 2 visits, 18 months and 2 months ago, the employee was very helpful and polite. He found what I needed and have done helpful instructions. When I went in today, 3/16/26, I asked the employee being the counter for a specific online valve. Another employee interrupted and asked what kind i needed. When I told him he said we don't carry that. I told him I bought one 2 months ago. He said something about make sure it's the right one. If you use it or take it apart, you can't bring it back. He was blunt and seemed rude to me. He found one for me, and the employee behind the counter rang it up. Then the 'rude' employee called him to the back warehouse. I don't know if that was related to my transaction.
I will continue to go to Sprinkler World, but will not ask for help by this 'rude' employee again.”

“Answered an ad on FB Marketplace. Sandra was very prompt in answering. I went over there location. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was a liquidation store. Items were as advertised (3 faucets in excellent condition). The store was very clean and organized with a great variety of products, very easy to shop. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Sandra checked me out and got a great deal!!! Thank you will be back soon for another great deal ?”
“Super helpful but not all their merchandise can be sold to the public. Came in to buy a capacitor and was informed they can't sell those without an hvac license. They were able to point us in the right direction which was great.”
“Well I went into the store looking for a small amount of white PVC pipe. They did not have it but not only they go through the links just to make sure they didn't have it but they also found me another product (black 3" pvc) that will work just as good. See you right now I'm building a custom speaker box and thanks to the gentleman at the store for helping me find well I didn't know that I needed LOL I am able to finish it tonight. Thank you Home Depot thank you for the employees and staff that you guys have there's a reason why I've been going to you guys for over 30 years and I will continue to go and see your company till the day I die. After office max failed to carry office supplies I came here and was pleasantly surprised.
The selection was great! Took me a bit to find what I needed, the team of blue shirts was awesome in pointing me around the store. They used signage landmarks so I wouldn't get confused and it was very appreciated.
Got in and out for $40 with all that I needed to setup my home PC. Thank you guys”
