I hated going to my dealership for oil changes bc even with an app, they would take more than 2 hrs to do it & always try to sell me things I didn’t need. I made an app at Big O bc many of my friends recommended them. I made an app for 8:30 on Saturday morning and my oil change was completed in 30 mins! I will definitely recommend this business to my family & friends! Thanks for the excellent service, Big O!”
“Went in for a coolant leak and it was fixed quickly and the owner really is friendly and puts you at ease helping build a lot of trust. Then had another issue the day before driving to Alaska and he got me in first thing in the morning and taken care of that same day! Even remembered me from a few weeks prior, can’t say enough good things.”
