“I visited this establishment to see if I could have a small thin wire that had broken on an old battery tester repaired. As soon as I showed the tester to the lady at the counter ( Nadia ) she took it into the back of the shop. Less than five minutes later the broken wire was soldered better than new and I was told there was no charge. Where can you get this type of friendly and efficient service anymore ? I asked the name of the gentleman who made the repair and I was told his name is Oleg, the owner of the shop. Kudos to Nadia and Oleg for proving that service such as this still exists. IN the future I will trust them with any repair and recommend them highly. Jack M.”

“Looked around online they had the most stars so i called, told them what was going on w my phone! (Touch screen wasnt working) they told me if i booked an apt online i could save $20! It was easy & they had same day times! Waited a little over a hr! Got ice cream next door came back to my phone working & even gave me a discount on a screen protector! He was very understanding & helpful! It was less than $150 for everything! Diagnosis, repair & protector! It could have been cheaper too! (Chose a more $$$ screen) There also is warranty for a 1yr & 30days for protector! Very satisfied customer! Really good price & service! Would recommend! Muchas gracias!”

“I have a vintage stereo receiver that needed service and contacted Melrose TV VCR & Stereo Repair to see if it was something they could work on. Richard enthusiastically replied that he could and I brought it to him the next day. I told him the problem and he let me know that it would be a week before he could look at it, but that he'd call and give me a quote before starting the repair. A week later Richard called with a quote and I gave him the OK to go ahead. A week after that and he called to let me know it was done. We were very frustrated with the dead battery, the heat outside and then trying to locate an affordable tow truck company took sometime…using Batteries and Bulbs website we were able to order a battery with a 15% off promotional rate, acquired the phone number to see if they would install battery in trunk, we own a Cadillac and for some reason many corporate auto business shops won’t install it in the trunk..…spoke to Daniel, he reassured us he could install in trunk no problem, we coordinated the time of arrival, met Daniel at the store with tow, inquired about warranty, needed a 3 yr instead of 2, did a quick upsell and he immediately went to work on car.
Very satisfied with Daniels professionalism, personality and install.

“I would highly recommend Buzz Technical. But just a heads up, Chris is the only tech and he is busy. So be prepared to wait a little for your device to be fixed. But he does offer the option to pay more for an expedited fee. I brought in my 1974 Toshiba turntable and he brought it back to life. Excellent work!”

“I was a little apprehensive dropping off my very expensive TV, because he has so many TVs and the business is a garage. However, no one could fix my T.V . I paid twice to have it evaluated by different companies, who both told me it was unrepairable. I even called Sony and they told me the parts don't exist anymore. This TV is 4K/3D. Which they don't make anymore so I really wanted this fixed (Plus I have a ton of 3D movies, what am I supposed to do with those if I don't have a 3D TV). He tried over and over with many different parts to find the issue. He ended up keeping it longer than usual but he did not stop until it was fixed. And I cannot believe what he charged me it was very affordable. Now in my example he did give me a discount because he did have my TV for a while. He really knows what he's doing and he explained to me everything that he did and tried. It's been 3 months and I am so happy with my TV and we are back to watching 4K movies and 3D movies. Now the bad, I do have to say it's not the best customer service because they write down everything. They literally wrote down my name and phone number on a Post-It note and then it fell off so you have to keep in contact with them. That's the only downfall. So I would suggest that you write your TV model and serial number down before you drop off. Nobody called me to update, I had to call them. And their English is not that great. But they are very knowledgeable with fixing TVs.”

Also, it would be nice if the arrival time could be narrowed down a bit. 8a to 5p is a bit much.”
