“Love my new kitchen & laundry room but there were hiccups along the way.Started working with one designer and after many, many months of planning and tweaking the design I go in one day and she is gone. Travis took over. He had lots of good insight and tips. The order went well. Things progressed as scheduled. Delivery was great. Everything was unboxed so I could examine each piece before it was moved into the house. Installation went smoothly. Greg did a beautiful job. He even had to build one special cabinet on-site. The finally day of installation I was not able to be in attendance & that’s when Hiccup #1 happened. When I returned home, although the installation was “done” some trim pieces were missing. This is also when I realized the upper kitchen cabinets only had one shelf. I assumed there would be two as all my life my kitchens had two shelves! I called Travis to schedule someone to come finish the trim and to order additional shelves (this is October).Next a guy came to measure for countertops. He too was prompt, efficient and appeared to do a good job. Then was the counter install. Hiccup #2. This is a quartz countertop, one of their most expensive options. The install guys were nice and did a good job but the seam where the two pieces were joined was in a very noticeable place. It still makes me frown every time I see it. (I realize the installers did not choose where the seam was located. Someone at Marfam, the fabricators, made that poor decision. In the future I will know to question where the seam will be.) Also, they could have done a better job caulking.It’s now November & I’m waiting to hear from Travis about the cost of the extra shelves and when someone is going to come finish the trim. Call the office. He doesn’t know yet. December rolls around. I call again. He’s waiting to hear back from the cabinet builders & he’ll get the trim fix scheduled right away. Meanwhile I can’t put things away in the kitchen because I need the shelves. A week or so later the shelves are ordered at last. The shelves arrive end of January /beginning of February. Hiccup #3 Shelf clips are included with the shelves but they are a different type. They are thicker than the others so the shelves are now too wide to fit. I call Travis to get different clips & to ask if anyone is ever going to come to fix the trim. Hiccup #4. Apparently there was a mixup and it never got on anyone’s schedule. I will say, it now got quickly scheduled. Today Junior came to finish the trim. He was a dream. Did everything I asked, was cheerful and even creative when figuring out a fix for one of the cabinets.In conclusion, the cabinets are beautiful, the countertop is beautiful (if you look past the poorly located seam), everyone was nice and easy to work with. I’d only say that the following through on some things was slow. After spending $45,000 I expected better.Would I use Diamond Kitchen & Bath again? Yes, I would. I’d just be on top of their follow through more.”
“Very reasonable. The cashier was very nice and gave me a tire pressure gauge because I wasn't sure of the price so he threw it in with my purchase. Sometimes they have an item in abundance,i.e..flooring. other visits it might be swamp coolers.”

“Well I went into the store looking for a small amount of white PVC pipe. They did not have it but not only they go through the links just to make sure they didn't have it but they also found me another product (black 3" pvc) that will work just as good. See you right now I'm building a custom speaker box and thanks to the gentleman at the store for helping me find well I didn't know that I needed LOL I am able to finish it tonight. Thank you Home Depot thank you for the employees and staff that you guys have there's a reason why I've been going to you guys for over 30 years and I will continue to go and see your company till the day I die. You guys are awesome!!!!”

“I have purchased appliances for my new house TWICE from this location and it is now my go to store. They have extremely knowledgeable workers (especially love Mina in flooring) and help you decide the best appliance for your needs and figure out the best pricing you can get with sales, rebates, etc. I never considered Lowe's as my first stop for my appliance needs and my project needs but this location has changed my mind. I'm now a Home Depot convert.”

Especially a gentleman in the lighting department just a nice helpful human . The store is always full of products and specials with a ever changing garden section...just a great visit”

“I wanted to highlight and give a shout-out to Tim. I found him in the plumbing aisle. He walked up and asked if I needed help, and I explained my situation to him. He took the time to basically rebuild my plumbing situation on the floor and showed me exactly how and what I needed to do to repair my current problem, complete with what products and how to use them. That was a few weeks ago but I felt this kind of customer service needs recognized.”

“They will hung up the phone calll when u have a question within 3 seconds; when they notice u have an accent or who knows why. Tried calling the second time and maybe he hung up the moment he picked up the phone and gave me no time to explainmyselfbetter. Strange they get my 5 or more stars if it were possible when I pay my items with cashiers. The store in 99th Ave in Glendale, Arizona maybe need a person with good customer service picking up the phone calls some of us drive from the other side of town to shop there so a little kindness would be appreciated.”
