βBest Ace Hardware Store in the West Valley ... I've been to 'em all. The employees at Floyd's are professional, friendly, courteous - and the store is always super clean, stocked floor to ceiling. Parking is readily available - online orders ready in a flash. Personable service with a smile! Their Ace Rewards program is awesome. While some prices might be slightly higher than the Big Box stores - this hometown business is worth every extra penny!β

βThis location is better than most I've visited. It seems not as cramped and checkout line is better configured. It appeared to have more items available than other locations as well. Just seemed nicer. Staff was helpful and pleasant.β
βIβm taking a walk in downtown Glendale, and I happened to walk in and as compact as it is seems to feel like a NAPA auto parts store, but in truth itβs a βTools-R-USβ Jose was one of the individuals, but definitely not limited to the rest of the staff, that made it evident how attentive the need of every qualm or question handled, and Iβd definitely come back for more than a few items to add to my repertoire.β

that Home Depot doesn't stock, only plastic. Everytime I go in Sine I come out with correct part. In and out fast. I grew up with ACE Hardware was my dad's go to place the one by our house even sold guns. My dad bought my brother a .22 Remington rifle in 1964 at ACE for 12.00 and ammo was .25 a box. So for our family ACE is the place for 65+ years and hopefully take of my kids families for next 60 years.β

Hunter made sure I purchased the correct part and also helped me find another part I needed that was no longer available by finding one on ebay.

βIn the process of replacing the pull out spray hose on my Blanco kitchen faucet, I needed to replace the fiber washer seal at the connection under the sink. After stopping at a number of places to locate the needed part, Paul at Standard Plumbing Supply in Peoria, was extremely helpful yesterday working through my problem. They were out of stock on the actual item I needed but he came up with an alternative solution using a thick rubber washer which solved my problem. None of the other 3 or 4 places I had stopped at offered any potential solutions. The part was only a 50 cent item but Paul's dedication to helping me was priceless.β
