“Customer service rep Angela was a perfect example of what you would want to deal with when conducting business with an establishment.
Everybody I have dealt with in this company has been fantastic but I was advised that the incorrect lock would work and it did not. I had to pay to return the item. I spoke with Angela who understood the matter was their responsibility and offset my next order by the cost of the shipping I paid on the previous order. Things happen sometimes but this company is very response and wise to do good business like Angela did with me today. A $30 credit lead to a $370 order to be placed when they open tomorrow.”
“Very knowledgeable staff, and they have a HUGE assortment of all kinds of nuts and bolts. Anytime I need fasteners I go there. Don't expect warm and fuzzy, but they know their stuff.”

“I’m taking a walk in downtown Glendale, and I happened to walk in and as compact as it is seems to feel like a NAPA auto parts store, but in truth it’s a “Tools-R-US” Jose was one of the individuals, but definitely not limited to the rest of the staff, that made it evident how attentive the need of every qualm or question handled, and I’d definitely come back for more than a few items to add to my repertoire.”

“I'm new to the area so perhaps I am a little premature, but I've been in this store twice now. The floor staff is always helpful but they don't seem to be in a very good mood most of the time. This is especially true for the ladies behind the counter....unless you are female and around the same age then they go out of their way to be friendly.....I am not female and they were not rude just a little business like and short. I like the store, love the selection. It's clean, close, and convenient.”

“wow this place is amazing i honestly didnt expect to find this kind of energy in a small town hardware store. the staff actually know what theyre talking about and they dont just point you to an aisle they walk you over and explain stuff. i needed some weird specialized part for my sprinkler and the guy spent 10 minutes digging through drawers to find something that would work. prices were fair too i didnt feel like i was getting ripped off which happens a lot at the big box stores. the whole place is clean and organized but in a way that feels honest not like a showroom. i will definitely drive the extra 20 minutes to come here next time.”

My husband, a painter, was a lifelong customer for over 50 years in San Diego, CA and AZ. I wanted to tie his loyalty to Dunn Edwards into his Celebration of Life last year. I made the unusual request for empty paint cans with labels that would be the centerpieces on each table. The staff did a perfect job with the cans and then the florist added tropical blooms to represent his Guam heritage. Family and friends loved the arrangements and totally made both connections.
