Price was great with sale discounts for the 4th of July weekend and it was delivered the next morning. Installation team to great care and quickly hooking up water supply and hauling away old refrigerator.

“They have a wonderful selection of belts for your vacuum. Even if your vacuum is 23 years old, they will have the belt!
They have great sewing classes and a wonderful selection of sewing machines and notions. However, their selection of fabric isn't so great if you're doing anything besides quilting. Quilting is their specialty!
There is plenty of parking and the prices are reasonable as well.”

Hunter made sure I purchased the correct part and also helped me find another part I needed that was no longer available by finding one on ebay.
I have very seldom gotten this great of service. Hunter was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, communicated well, and all with a great smile.

“Answered an ad on FB Marketplace. Sandra was very prompt in answering. I went over there location. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was a liquidation store. Items were as advertised (3 faucets in excellent condition). The store was very clean and organized with a great variety of products, very easy to shop. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Sandra checked me out and got a great deal!!! Thank you will be back soon for another great deal ?”

“In my last 2 visits, 18 months and 2 months ago, the employee was very helpful and polite. He found what I needed and have done helpful instructions. When I went in today, 3/16/26, I asked the employee being the counter for a specific online valve. Another employee interrupted and asked what kind i needed. When I told him he said we don't carry that. I told him I bought one 2 months ago. He said something about make sure it's the right one. If you use it or take it apart, you can't bring it back. He was blunt and seemed rude to me. He found one for me, and the employee behind the counter rang it up. Then the 'rude' employee called him to the back warehouse. I don't know if that was related to my transaction.
I will continue to go to Sprinkler World, but will not ask for help by this 'rude' employee again.”

“Well I went into the store looking for a small amount of white PVC pipe. They did not have it but not only they go through the links just to make sure they didn't have it but they also found me another product (black 3" pvc) that will work just as good. See you right now I'm building a custom speaker box and thanks to the gentleman at the store for helping me find well I didn't know that I needed LOL I am able to finish it tonight. “I was in the store earlier today and I left my wallet between the stress of my a/c not working and rushing to try and fix it I forgot it and the gentleman that was working drove 20 minutes straight to my house after the store closed to return it to me personally. There are still honest people out there and I am so thankful. I will never shop anywhere else for any future repairs.
They had all the parts that I needed in stock and got me on my way super quick as well. I highly recommend this place.”

“I was asked if I needed help from Ryan with the Pro Desk , I showed him what I was looking for to help keep my cover on my pickup during windy weather. He explained that the clips I needed were only available on line.
Then he asked me if I had running boards on the truck? Yes I do I told him. He proceeded to sell clamps that ratchet.

What a great idea and it saved me money. Thanks again Ryan, it was a pleasure meeting you and also the girl that was at the register when we paid could not have been nicer if she tried. She and Ryan are natural great people.

Then we ran into Steven and helped load the concrete to our flatbed. Guys at the register were so polite. We paid and went to our vehicle and ran into Steven, again. He helped us load the concrete in our vehicle and was such a professional and friendly. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had here.”
