“I thought I needed the charging port replaced on my Galaxy S22, so I called a few places for quotes. Not only was iPhoenix Cellphone & Repair about half the price of everyone else, he was also the only one that asked questions about the issue and surmised that all I probably needed was a cleaning. He suggested I bring it in for him to take a quick look. I brought the phone in, and 20 minutes later it was charging perfectly again for a grand total of $25. Couldn't have been a nicer experience. Granted, the neighborhood didn't seem super safe, but that's probably what lets him keep prices low. Would definitely recommend.”

“A few weeks ago my husbands phone all of a sudden wanted a password when initially my husband never set one up. After searching various uTube clips we just could not figure this problem out. I suggested we go to Cellairis inside Walmart in Surprise due to I myself had a great experience with them on another issue in the past.We met Miko who was a godsend! He really knows his stuff and I would recommend dealing with Nico on any new phones or devices. He also saved me a bunch of money on, my bill just by looking at it and figuring out what the best option was for me to save”
“The staff were friendly and professional. I’ve had some bad experiences when having to go into a Verizon store and was totally prepared for my experience at this store to be the same. I was very surprised and how helpful the staff were and I did feel like they helped me maximize my savings on a new device. The only issue which I’ve experienced was that I set up an appointment online and received a text saying that my appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me and I had to wait to get helped.”
