“I am a former metro pcs customer for about 30 years . I recently bought a phone from them. That was being discontinued and the rep knew that. Needless to say I started having problems with this phone. I am a galaxy guy, so a friend of mine suggested I check out cricket wireless. I stopped by the store in El Mirage where Julia was. She was courteous, knowledgeable and didn't try to sale me something I didn't want. She got me the galaxy a 16 which I was very happy. My bill is $10 dollars cheaper than metro pcs. If you are looking to get a new phone stop in and see Julia at 99th and Grand Ave. You won't be disappointed.

“I had been experiencing difficulty with my account due to a claim with Asurion. Asurion had swapped out my whole IPhone 16 plus when fixing a cracked screen, which led to my IMEI being improper in ATT’s system. After having customer service change it, my service dropped. I entered this location at 7:30pm. The staff member on duty, Frank, was incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable. Even though the time was close to closing, Frank went the extra mile after resuming my phone service, and he fixed my tablet as well. This was honestly the best service I have ever received at any phone service store. A huge thank you to Frank. May life bless you with continued security and success.”

“A few weeks ago my husbands phone all of a sudden wanted a password when initially my husband never set one up. After searching various uTube clips we just could not figure this problem out. I suggested we go to Cellairis inside Walmart in Surprise due to I myself had a great experience with them on another issue in the past.We met Miko who was a godsend!
