“My fiber line was cut by a neighbor yesterday and I lost connection, when I reached out to Wyyerd they took action, they sent out a whole team to get me back up and running, even had management come out to educate my neighbor on how he went wrong by doing work and wanting to relocate the internet box and how that was a big NO. In all honesty not even COX when I previously reached out for issues responded that quickly, or sent out a whole team to fix my issues. I am happy to be a customer and thank you for yesterday's help. I truly appreciate you.”

“Both times my family and I came to this store, everyone has been expetionally helpful and accommodating. Christian assisted us through the whole process. He was so sweet, funny, patient and kind. He went through so much trouble for us and made sure to get it done in a timely manner. Despite issues at the beginning due to changing from AT&T back to TMobile, having to call TMobile services from his end, fixing bugs and the fact that AT&T set us up for failure, He doubled checked everything and made sure our account was restored correctly and even gave us a discount. I ported my number in from a competitor who was giving me too much run around and I’m grateful that Sylvia and her store manager were there for me in my time of need. Not only did they help me get into a new phone and plan for an amazing rate, they got me into an iPhone 13!!!! I am in LOVE with this phone and the price point! The competitor company was giving me so much drama I was worried these guys at boost mobile was going to give up on me and tell me to go somewhere else. They did not!

“My wife and I had an awesome experience with changing out our phones to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max. Our in store experience was phenomenal! Our customer service representative was T. Dixon. He was very professional, polite, courteous, went above and beyond, and overall a great person to talk to. It was like talking to a good friend you haven’t seen in years. He went over plans that we were eligible and with his advice we chose the 4 for 100 plan which worked out great for us!
If you’re looking for a new perspective on how Customer Service should be, go see him at Lake Pleasant and West Happy Valley store in North Peoria. He will setup a plan that you and/or family can use. I will tell everybody I meet to go see him.
