Recently, my friend sent a package with her name on it instead of mine and she had the incorrect box number. A couple of days after we thought we would have received the item, my husband went to the store and asked about it, after describing the item and answering only a couple of questions, the two young ladies working that morning knew exactly which box he was talking about. They have many customers but somehow make me feel like a priority.”

Mike asked all the right questions about what I needed in a replacement PC I ended up buying his recommendation, he kept the old surface and moved all of my data and apps to the new one in less than 24 hours. Just so you know Best Buy‘s geek squad told me it would be 5 to 7 days if I bought a new PC at Best Buy. I experienced the best customer service.
