“I went to Best Buy to purchase a new PC. I waited over 30 minutes and no one ever waited on me. I drove directly to OfficeMax and was greeted and waited on immediately. Mike asked all the right questions about what I needed in a replacement PC I ended up buying his recommendation, he kept the old surface and moved all of my data and apps to the new one in less than 24 hours. Just so you know Best Buy‘s geek squad told me it would be 5 to 7 days if I bought a new PC at Best Buy. I experienced the best customer service. I’ve experienced in a long, long time OfficeMax and Mike have not forgotten what good customer service means!”

“The store has always been helpful and friendly. It can get busy sometimes and you may have to wait a little. I have had only positive experience and I have a mailbox there as well. Being a small business owner myself I can understand that some people have posted negative reviews. Those are likely the same people that go out to eat and complain at every place they eat.”

“We love Office Max. We have been shopping with the business over 20 years! Whether its been corporate purchases, home office, or school supplies. I have even purchased stationary here to print out party invitations. Not the least expensive place for office supplies and furniture, but they offer a lot and have really good sales if you keep your eyes peeled. We have purchased a few printers from here as well. If thry are out of what you need they will look up which location has it and call and confirm for you.. They used to even sell computers back in the day. Customer service is always great. Tonight was for some school supplies and coffee. My husband wanted to try Peet's Darkroast. It was $5 less being on sale than low cost Surpermarkets in the area so it was a perfect time.”

“I came to look up the Saturday hours of this store and was shocked by the reviews. I’m in there a couple times a month and have been for a couple years and the employees have always been helpful and friendly. Sometimes the lines are long but that isn’t the stores fault when all the terminals are in use. For Amazon returns they have added a kiosk that is quite intuitive and if you can’t figure it out, you can ask as I’ve seen others do so. For those complaining about the prices of boxes, all UPS stores (and the post office) have similar prices. You can always go to Walmart for the box ahead of time!”

“There's nothing very exciting (at least not for me) about an office supply store. However, when you don't want to endlessly search the general stores (often to no avail) for the right size card stock, tape, or plastic sleeves, you just can't beat this place. They greet you as soon as you are in the door and if you tell them what you are looking for they immediately tell you which aisle, what side, and what location. They have everything office-related, Iit's fast and efficient and they are always quite helpful.”
