She even did it all past the closing time while I was still on the phone and wrote the supervisor’s difficult Indian name down on my receipt for me. All with a sweet gracious attitude. I’ve used this store repeatedly for returns and they’ve always been helpful and friendly. And I’m always at the end of their day. By far my favorite UPS store anywhere.”

“We love Office Max. We have been shopping with the business over 20 years! Whether its been corporate purchases, home office, or school supplies. I have even purchased stationary here to print out party invitations. Not the least expensive place for office supplies and furniture, but they offer a lot and have really good sales if you keep your eyes peeled. We have purchased a few printers from here as well. If thry are out of what you need they will look up which location has it and call and confirm for you.. They used to even sell computers back in the day. Customer service is always great. Tonight was for some school supplies and coffee. My husband wanted to try Peet's Darkroast. It was $5 less being on sale than low cost Surpermarkets in the area so it was a perfect time.”

AJ & Spencer were unbelievably kind, compassionate and efficient, they explained everything so thoroughly, including pricing, tracking, and estimated delivery. It was honestly incredible customer service considering we both were struggling emotionally due to the circumstances. This is what 5 star service looks like and they both deserve recognition.”
