“Went here this past Saturday for walk-in passport services. I recommend getting there an hour before they open to get a good place in line! I got there at 6AM and was the second in line.

“Bria is absolutely AMAZING!! I came in to get a notary seal done, and the dmv did not inform me that I needed to sign the request form in front of somebody. I explained to Bria that the lady at the dmv printed the request form for me and I that I was lost on what to do. Bria took the time to go on google find the correct website and printed a new request form for me. Bria notarized the request form and sent me on my way. But I keep my receipts and calls customer service for Amazon to let them know that I turned it in at the ups store. It could be laziness when they do what they have to do, but I’ve never been charged because I called which is an inconvenience.”
