“Not a long wait at all. Very pleasant young man checked me in at front desk Doctor Medonca’s assistant also very pleasant. Dr. Medonca did not make me wait long, was fully informed of labs and past overnight hospitalization and did not need to look all this up. He explained that things were going better for me, went over my labs and a change in one medicine. He is one of two of my very favorite doctors in that he’s very kind, explains everything and truly cares about his patients. I’m very blessed to be able to be in his practice.”

No appointment required. Very short wait. Friendly, efficient clinic.
My husband called ahead to confirm that his blood draw was scheduled, since he had not received notice.
His primary care doctor's nurse called him back. He always enjoys hearing from this nurse & his primary doctor!
Medical care works best when you have a strong connection with those advising you. This Clinic is providing excellent care for Veterans!”

“No one likes these kind of appointments. They are not enjoyable and you usually are made to feel like a "criminal" because of the circumstances surrounding. However, this is probably the BEST location I have ever been to for a pre-employment screen. I went first thing in the morning after receiving my paperwork via email. (Printed it off- they need the physical paper version here.) There was one person ahead of me. I only waited in the lobby for 5 minutes before being taken back. Went over my info, dropped my "goods", verified the info & signed off. THAT quick & easy! I mean, it's no 5-star medical office. Absolutely everything is sterilized & taped off. You cannot possibly access water of ANY sort unless it is washing your hands in the designated sink- but that was expected. It was nice to see things so secure. Leaves you feeling confident & that this facility takes due care in regulating according to standards/law. The gentleman who assisted me was very patient & a calm demeanor. That helps someone like myself with high anxiety. We had a nice little brief chat about how he enjoys the job- apparently most come to this location for fingerprints. For a UA not being the constant "norm" in his daily routine, I thought he did excellent at conducting it & getting me completed with ease. There were only two employees working here that day (himself & his sister) so I can see why it may get more lengthy as the day goes on w/ more clients. But, first thing in the morning I was in & out in less than 15 minutes- I left by the time I had initially anticipated being seen! This was hands-down better than Concentra. I was treated respectfully, they were very efficient & it was a seamless process. Much appreciated to get it done!”
“I had a good experience today with this location. I had a short wait, but no more than 20 minutes. I had an appointment, but it was moving fast. I needed a blood draw. My veins are hard to find, but the phlebotomist found one on the first try. I didn't feel a thing. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name. She was awesome!”

“I hate medical stuff but this was actually not horrible. The people who work here are nice. I felt like I got treated like a human with feelings. They brought me back a few minutes earlier than my appointment and were efficient, competent and kind. I was out the door 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I didn't catch names but I wish I had because both women I interacted with deserve kudos.”

“5 star experience! I was a walk in appointment and was seen within a reasonable amount of time given the number of scheduled appointments. I'm terrified of bloodwork and my tech was kind, helpful and walked me through every step. Price was more than fair - and I'm not as scared for the next time!”
“The screen may tell you it's going to take hours but trust me, it doesn't take as long as it says. Yes, you will wait a bit but if you look at the time it tells you to come back once you get to that screen that's a more accurate time frame. I walked in nearing 9am, and it gave me the option to either wait for 2 something hours or come back by 10. I waited and was done within the hour. Don't give them your crap, they're providing medical services and they don't deserve to take it from you all because you're impatient or think your time is more valuable than another's. Make an appointment if you can but walking in was fine for me today on a Friday morning.”
