Sean C answered all my questions and knew more about the car than at the Bmw dealership. Made a good deal on my trade and only spent a couple hours from start to finish. Highly recommended. No pressure and no back and forth with manager after manager. He even took the time to help me set up my phone etc before taking off.”
“This is an update from must my 5 star rating. I went to the Surprise store and was helped by two young men that were extremely helpful. I went there after I had a safety check on my car and it showed my 2 year old Interstate battery was having some major problems and strongly suggested I replace the battery. After seeing the test report I knew I still had warranty coverage on the battery and went to the Surprise Interstate Center off Litchfield Road and was pleasantly greeted by the manager of the store and one of his staff who seemed very happy to help and did some testing confirming I did have a bad battery and thankfully replaced for me. I have been dealing with Interstate for many years now and always happy with their service. This Service Center was particularly good though and thought I would give them a thank you shout for their considerate attitude and work.”

“This is my go to shop when the parts are available. On this trip I was disappointed. They said they had the part, arrived to find they didnt have the part even though the computer said they did. Received an appology and was told the part could be ordered and it would arrive in the afternoon. Luckily Autozone had the part and I was able to help a stranded motorist get back on the road. 60-70 times I have used this location and never had a problem. They get 5 stars. One bad trip there still my go to store.”

“We walked in there. I really thought I wasn’t gonna get a car. My credit is absolute trash. Kyle Simpson helped us out. He got us approved when almost every other dealership was telling me I could not be approved or it was gonna be high APR he got me knocked down to an 11 APR when everyone else was telling me 30%. Sami was absolutely amazing. Very funny when doing financing I would request him the next time I go thank you so much. I really appreciate all the work that everyone does here helping everyone out. “I called in to get a price on our car battery for our 2013 Chrysler 200 and Babyrina, the team lead tried to help me out over the phone. She could not find any information for our year vehicle so she went online to get the information. She found information that was inconclusive so she asked me to bring the vehicle down to verify what battery was needed. When I brought the vehicle in she squeezed me in and was able to get me taken care of really fast, despite them being very busy. Babyrina and Domanica (Dept associate) were so very helpful on the phone and in the store. Thank you, ladies. Walmart is lucky to have employees like yourselves.”
