“I called in to get a price on our car battery for our 2013 Chrysler 200 and Babyrina, the team lead tried to help me out over the phone. She could not find any information for our year vehicle so she went online to get the information. She found information that was inconclusive so she asked me to bring the vehicle down to verify what battery was needed. When I brought the vehicle in she squeezed me in and was able to get me taken care of really fast, despite them being very busy.
