Discount Tire is a very busy tire store and rim shop with a great selection of tires and wheels, competitively priced. The location in Surprise, AZ, offers tire installation, rotation, balancing, flat repair, and free air pressure checks. Many customers report knowledgeable employees and great, above average service, finding it a quick, easy, and no-hassle experience with all their information stored for convenience. Some reviews note the store can be too busy, recommending an appointment, and that waits can still occur. A few customers reported downsides, including receiving only partial credit on a warranty, a lack of concern from staff, greasy marks left on vehicles, and a failure to properly inform about necessary new lug nuts with wheel changes. However, many long-term customers automatically choose Discount Tire, considering it their trusted "Go-To" place for the best service and prices.
Dillon is the best, it's clear he genuinely cares about helping people. These guys put up with all kinds of tough situations and customers and still provide excellent customer service. Will come back for tires here for sure!
