“I totally liked our stay at Residence inn. Our stay is for 10 days. The kitchen, living room, washroom are quite clean. Room service was upto date. Staff were friendly. Would highly recommend.”
“We had a good experience. However, some little things could be e been much better. The hope breakfast was good, but the second room breakfast was really poor. The oatmeal was really runny, and the waffle batter was out. Just a very lackluster attempt at customer service.
Rooms: The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The only negative was that the couch bed was broken, so we had to change rooms.”

“There is a woman named Erma that sets up breakfast most mornings. She is so diligent about making sure that guests feel appreciated. She's friendly, a hard worker, and overall an amazing employee!When you come down for breakfast, they will make sure you have what you need! Always hot, fresh coffee!I've been coming here off and on for years because of my job.You've got a great employee! ?Great job Holiday INN.Walkability: If you've got kiddos, there's a huge park right down the street with a pond. There's also a library. The Surprise stadium as well.”

“We drove from Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and Arizona to get to our destination which is California. The hotel was very nice and close to my niece who lives in Surprise, AZ. The main thing that we were able to stay there because we had our dog with us. They also had a breakfast for us. Will stay in the future with them again.
Rooms: Nice having a king size bed and nice bathroom. Didn't use the microwave but did use the refrigerator. Had lots of outlet for our tablets.”

“I’m a local that stayed here for 4 nights due to my home being under construction. I wasn’t expecting much as it is a budget hotel but this location exceeded my expectations. My room was very clean upon arrival, the rooms were updated, the mattress was pretty comfortable (probably the best sleep I had in awhile ?), breakfast was great, the cleaning ladies did a great job tidying up my room, the front desk staff were kind and it was pretty quiet. I would definitely come back here for any last minute emergencies.”

“Have been awesome each time I’ve stayed. Front desk has been super helpful and friendly each stay, they even remembered my name last visit from the previous visit. Always offer extra bottles of water on check in, and call up to see if everything in the room is up to par. Keep it up!”
