“I was debating my actual score based on the lack of free water in the room, however I’m not going to let that be the deciding factor of an amazing stay. I booked last night using bringfido.com as I have big dogs and 95% of hotels don’t allow for big dogs. The rooms were spacious and were giant studio apartments instead of small and cramped. My dogs enjoyed the grass there considering every other place is either asphalt or river rock. They also really enjoyed having room as they like to have their own space at times. For me the ac was ice cold showers were warm and the bed comfy. I look forward to returning in the future for a staycation. Excellent facilities would recommend.”

“I travel each week throughout the states as a Sr. Service Technician in the HVAC field and have branded to the Marriott Bonvoy hotels from the start. I choose the Residence Inn hotels for the amenities they offer and this is by far the best one of the many ive stayed at. The rooms are new and well taken care of and the location is great. Great service, clean comfortable rooms and daily breakfast make this an outstanding choice for the price.”
“I stayed 10 days and had a great experience, nice clean rooms and accommodating and friendly staff. Shout out to Alex and Richard they went out of thier way to help me and accommodate any request I had. Coffee tasted good and not watered down like some other hotels. Tons of restaurants and entertainment but the closest store for simple necessities is a $10 Uber drive away or about 10 minutes down the road. Tru also has free laundry machines which was so helpful for my 10 day business trip.”

“For an older hotel it's pretty well taken care of very clean and friendly/helpful staff and good breakfast. At check in our room towels were folded in a design and tissues and toilet paper had cute little flowers made out of them, I would definitely stay here again”

However, perhaps because the hotel is very old, there was absolutely no soundproofing, so we could hear all the noise from the next room while we were sleeping at night. Also, the layout of the room was very unique and memorable.”

“Great Home2 Suites location which stands out for excellent service, thanks to front desk clerk Kristin, who worked the late night shift. My wife, son, and I appreciated the kind and professional service. At Home2, we come for the standard amenities and we were pleased with the value of our king 1 bedroom - bathroom suite. That said, Home2 can have a standard of service that feels more like Hampton Inn. Thanks to Kristin, this hotel has more of a full service, higher quality feel. The management is to commended for great hiring and training, as well as the overall cleanliness. The place seems very efficiently run, more like an Embassy Suites or a Hilton main brand hotel. Plus, the Avondale location is ideal, at the far west end of town. Beyond this, we like the food nearby. Above all, what’s way above average is the late night front desk service. Will return.”

The staff at breakfast were either refilling the stations or cleaning! They were great! “I stayed one night but I couldn't sleep well because the AC furnace. To loud. Wake me up every time it start to work.
Book up with time, I didn't do it, I came just one Tuesday to get a one bed room and didn't have it. I had to stay in a two beds room. The best thing is I get a discount.
I said the location is not so great because all the museums are on the other side of Phoenix.”

“I absolutely love this hotel, my latest room was nice and clean for the most part, the employees were pretty nice, but there were a couple of carefree ones. I highly recommend building 8, you might not get the best how often the pool, but it is a great building. Now the pool, don't get me started, that pool is huge!!! The pool features, a whirlpool, a huge waterslide, and a walk in slope from 0 ft to 3 ft deep, with the deepest being 4.5 ft deep. The pool is open from 8am to 10pm with the water slide open from 10 am to 6pm, there is a food truck and a grassy area for food and drinks, highly recommend the strawberry slush and the coco colada. Fries from there are HUGE and you can easily feed two people on one order of fries. It's really hot there, so be sure to bring sunscreen. There is also an activities booth over in the grassy area, check every so often for things like snow cones, movie night in the pool, karaoke, contests and more! Overall a really fun experience.”

“We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. We had an event at State Farm Stadium and it was the perfect location. There is SO much to do within walking distance of this hotel. Our room was large and spacious, clean and modern. We had the King Room with sofa bed. Plenty of room for three women to get ready, and store all of our necessities. Raeven checked us in and was super sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some requested info on the area. The breakfast was a great start for a quick bite in the morning, the gym had plenty of equipment to get a great workout and the pool was in the sun and had plenty of seating. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Greatest resort. Ample parking and near all shopping you need. Clothing, food, sports things, attractions, water Splash parks for kids, etc. The resort have great pools, hot tub, and spa. Walking trails both on-site and close by in the mountains. Great choice if discounted trips to local attractions too.

“What you would expect from a 2-star for budget friendly/good value. I will say the staff is outstanding. Friendly attentive customer care. They will happily exchange your quarters for laundry. They also brought deliveries to our door which is unheard of in extended stays! Very helpful staff! The scenery isn’t anything spectacular but the location is close to everything. Not really a nice walkable area but gets to the point. The housekeeping is very kind and the tiny kitchenette does come fully stocked with a larger fridge. The closet space is very roomy and the layout is a good use of the small space. The jacuzzi hot tub outdoors was great to have with plenty of towels. I would have to knock off stars for the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms. I had to rewash all the dishes and clean inside the drawers and hair in bathtub. There were many stains, tears and rips throughout the hotel. Seemed as thought the gym was the cleanest part of the hotel. The outdoor areas were covered in cigarette butts and ash and the common areas weren’t very conducive.”

“Stayed at this Hampton Inn for over a week. Big plus was this hotel allows dogs, very thankful for that! Also the complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus, giving a wide array of breakfast options made by a wonderful cook named “Q” for short. The cleaning staff were also a gem and available to help at all times it seemed. I recommend staying here, great location next to many restaurants. If you’re looking for quiet don’t stay on side facing the pool on the weekends.”

“The room was what we expected. The wifi was weak & spotty at times but not a major problem. The staff were great doing everything in their power to remedy our broken frig problem although it still took 3 days for fridge to be replaced but not staff's fault. There was also an issue with one of our neighbors mental health that had him screaming most nights for most of the night. My bad for not complaining right away but when I finally did Kathy managed to get him to be quieter our last night. Apparently he's stayed there before & him having a place to stay is a complex issue i wont judge here. Overall it was what we expected as far as the room, but again would like to say the staff was great especially Kathy. If you're in between houses like we were (we stayed 2 weeks at what I think was a good price comparatively) or need to stay somewhere for more than just a few days you might spend in another hotel, this is a good option. Nothing fancy but a pretty good price for a more long term stay with a great staff. Also a lot of great places to eat nearby with several places to shop too.”

“Only minor issue was the ac didn't work well but tgat seems to be at all motel 6 I have stayed at from wyoming to vegas and Arizona.
This place is great.. perfect location. Lots of nearby stores and coffeee shops.
I stayed to visit my wife in the hospital. Everything I need was within 1 mile of the place.
They even let my dog stay.
Will definatly stay again”
