“Perfectly located hotel in the middle of Surprise. Plenty of places nearby for meals. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of channels.Showers are decent.The only downside might be the free breakfast.If you see them offering a cheese omelette, just leave it there. You could play hockey with it. Absolutely inedible.”

“Best Western is a nice standard of hotels. Although we did not stay here this time, we have stayed here before. We like the rooms, but they might be 5 star worthy. They are still really nice and always clean! The staff is really nice and very helpful. We appreciate they stay at this Best Western!”

“Very nice place. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Becky at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The morning girl was only interested in her phone. She never spoke or looked up when we came or left. When we checked out, she was nice.Breakfast was the exact same every morning but it was good.Great area, food and shops close by. We felt safe.Luke Airforce Base was nearby and we heard the jets regularly. Next time we stay we're going to ask to be on the other side so we could see them.As for complaints, only 3. Our beds are too tall. We had a difficult time getting into them. I'm short and use to climbing but these were taller. The second was, my towel had a blood stain on it. The 3rd... they don't have any handicap rooms with 2 beds.”

“I received the absolute best customer service from Erik and Cynthia. These two great employees know how to run a front desk and hotel to accommodate guests. Not only was I treated with the utmost of respect, I witnessed them consistently offer the same welcoming how can I help you attitude to other guests. The awesome staff who took care of the rooms made sure they were spotless and well stocked. When I asked for an extra towel I got two. Obviously a trickle down of wonderful management. I would happily stay here again.”
