I went in to buy a few drinks from the 2-for-$5 deal, but the cashier didn’t see my other drink and rang it up wrong. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issue, he continued to blame me for his mistake. He refused to correct the dollar difference, prioritizing his ego over providing decent customer service. This is extremely unprofessional behavior. If management allows this kind of treatment, it’s no wonder they’re losing customers. I won’t be returning, and I recommend others avoid this place until they figure out how to treat people with respect.

Tired of coming here and the store is closed when it clearly states 24hrs Also the newer worker who always has on the hat,Definitely has a attitude issue who barley speaks to customers and always happens to be inside the store when coming to the door in the later hours but acts as if he doesn’t see or hear customers at the door after 1am…

I called here to find out about an email I got on some contest they were given but they were asking me all kinds of personal questions and I didn't want to fill it out if it wasn't legitimate and all I wanted to know is if it was legitimate the guy told me he didn't know and so he I said can can I call a corporate number or something where I can find out for sure somebody that does know so I can make sure this is legitimate before I fill all this out and send it in and it was on your rewards card and he just hung up on me and I don't think that's very good business how you treat your customers if you just hang up on them when they have an important question. So therefore I'll give you a one-star on my 138 million views I have on Google maps and I will give you this review because I think that's very rude and that's not how you treat your customers. And by the way, when you answer the phone you should say 7-Eleven. May I help you not hello, just FYI👎😤👎

Super rude at 7:15 a.m. on a Sunday morning. No call for it. I hope whatever it was working the counter, gets help for it’s issues, or decides to get a job outside the customer service industry.

Been trying to get water for over a hour. Why is this store closed? It’s 24/7. Jasgun, Please hire new employees that can handle the job! Been going here for years and never have had this issue.

Closed almost every night. Either system down or restocking note on the door. Why do you even call it a 24/7 store, when it is closed during nights.
