The slowest cashier I've ever looked at is a 7, they should hire faster people and layers, I won't stop at a 7 again because of employees like him.

I ordered a soda delivery through Uber eats. They sent carbonated water and wouldn’t refund. Paid 10 dollars in total with delivery fee.

This place confuses me. Sometimes the workers are incredibly friendly, some of the nicest around. However, the last 3 times I've been here, the same man never says a word to me...no hi, the price, or thank you just waits for me to pay. 0 eye contact. What is going on? Is he OK? I always leave feeling so disrespected. I'm paying you, the very least you could do is say thanks or act like I exist. Will never return. Have some decency and respect for people who pay you.

The employees there at night are rude. Constantly on their phone instead of helping customers.

Pretty clean store. The graveyard employee is extremely rude at times. Tonight a friend of mine purchased a fountain soda and filled her own cup with ice and water. After leaving the store, heading home, the bag she was carrying ripped and her cups spilled. She returned to the store and purchased another soda and refilled her own cup with ice and water again. This time she also purchased 2 other sodas, one of which was for me. The new employee tried charging her for 4 large sodas when 1 cup was her own. The regular graveyard employee came over and rudely told my friend that she can not come in every day and fill her own cup with ice for free.Another time I went in and poured 2 small slurpees because on the app there was a bogo coupon for them. When they scanned my app's barcode their system required me to enter my zip code. I tried 3 different zip codes the first of which is the zip code that is shown on my profile. But their system said I entered the wrong zip incorrectly too many times so I could not get one of the slurpees free. And I did not have enough money to cover it. When I tried to calmly explain to whom I believe is the owner and show him the zip code on my app, he rudely began to argue with me saying he can do nothing it's the system's fault. He absolutely refused to look at my phone. Even if he could do nothing which was ok with me, the fact that he refused to look at my phone and calmly discuss the situation with me is what was so frustrating. With a line behind me, he finally told me, rudely again "just take it and go". I told him I don't want to just take it. And he made me leave the store. Now, I know that there is a bit of a language barrier, and I understand that. But when they won't even put forth the effort to try and understand what's being said to them, it becomes very disrespectful. Like the gentleman that works graveyard, he will sit there nodding his head and saying yes over and over, but the question asked us not a yes or no question. There are however a couple employees that are very courteous. So, my rating is a 2 star solely because of those few employees that have bad attitudes and rude personalities.

While driving, my two year old daughter announced that she needed to "go potty." As most parents with potty training toddlers know, when the tot says that they need to go potty, it means they're about one minute away from wetting their pants. The closest store in the direction that we were driving was this 7-Eleven on Mill and Baseline. I ran into the store, carrying my daughter on her hip with her stating "I need to go potty" repeatedly. There was a kind man named Noor was behind the register. Noor must have seen the desperation in my eyes because when I asked him if they had a bathroom, he pointed the way. When I was carrying her to the bathroom, I noticed Employee Only Bathroom signs. The gentleman didn't have to let my daughter use their restroom, but I'm so grateful that he did.As a "thank you," I purchased a couple of items. They had a great deal on cold-pressed juice. It's a 7-Eleven brand. The flavor on those were excellent! I strongly recommend those.

Convenient little store. Fast delivery. Polite and courteous employees. There is payment by card, which is convenient for me. But it's true, there are a lot of homeless people around, and I don't feel safe.
