This place is awesome. There is one thing - quality. Very disappointed with the quality of goods. The staff is excellent.

Cynthia was very nice and helpful. I stopped coming to this location because the employees were rude. They need to hire more caring employees like Cynthia, she went above and beyond.

I love boxlunch so much for what it stands for as well as the selection and quality of unique stuff. I just took one star out as lately its almost taken over by Disney which isnt my thing. The anime selection is tiny this year, which is what I come in for.
