“I submitted an online order for a one-hour delivery to Chandler on a Sunday, mid-day. I sent a sympathy gift to my sister who lives out there and was dealing with the unimaginable agony of having to send her dog over the rainbow bridge. She made the decision to send her off from home (I did not realize that was even an option now but it’s great right; you and your furbaby are at home when they cross over and you don’t have to leave a vet’s office a devastated, crying wreck for everyone else to see). I asked store #603 to deliver the items with care and sympathy because of my sister having to put her furbaby to sleep. Side note to ANYONE judging: she had a cancerous tumor on her rear leg, leg was amputated, doggie and her mom had about another year together but more tumors came and there was no other option. Anyway so not only did store #603 deliver on time with care and compassion but they also added on a vase of beautiful flowers and balloons free of charge. I truly feel businesses do not provide the bare minimum, nowadays, let alone go above and beyond so to have this store do both, I’m so grateful and thankful. In addition to this review I called the store and requested to speak to the person or persons who fulfilled the order to extend my sincere thanks to them for their kindness, thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond on a difficult day for my sister. Thank you again Erica at store #603. It may not have meant much to you, but it meant everything to us in that moment.”
