Taylor is the ultimate professional, she was able to rekindle my faith in humanity, she was kind and caring, if the person responsible that delivered my package on Sunday wants to learn what excellent customer service is I would suggest sitting at the elbow of Taylor for a day!!!! I'm have almost never used FedEx and today enforces it. I have a patio gate with a professionally created sign advising no deliveries FedEx placed the 108# sofa under the sign. I had to get two gentlemen to carry it accross my patio, through the townhouse a place about five feet from the front door.
