Formal Fashions Inc. has been family owned & operated since 1978 and continues to be a leader in concert attire and choir uniforms for musicians & choirs. We manufacture all of our women’s styles and most of our men’s styles here in Tempe, Arizona. We offer everything from adult and youth choir dresses and swing dresses to men’s tuxedos and accessories.
