“Always a great deal for back to school shoes for my kiddos. The back racks have shoes with orange tags that are highly discounted. A lot of the times they have BOGO 50% off. The employees are always super helpful... they actually greet you when you walk in, they'll measure my kids feet, and help with getting sizes in any style shoe that might be in their back stock room.”

“This last trip no one seemed eager to assist me. I asked for some suggestions but they quickly went back to resetting displays. On my previous trip, the salesperson was very helpful and assisted in finding my size and showing the difference in cuts of the jeans. So this is an average of those two experiences.”

“What a fantastic store. There are plenty of high quality part shirts and flannel shirts to select from and they most often times have plenty of stock on hand to accommodate your needs. If they don’t have your size in store they will order it for you and have it delivered to your home. The prices are very reasonable for the high quality and huge selection. I recommend this store for your flannel shirts and fantastic party shirts!”

“I saw the Dickies logo on their window. I wasn't looking to buy some that day but decided to check it out anyway. I'm a large guy, so finding clothes my size can sometimes be a challenge. I either have to pay more for less or settle for what I can find in the store. I was very surprised & pleased to find pants in my size along with shirts, shoes & baseball caps. It kinda took me back in time when me & my homies would go to the mall to find stuff. I started with a cool pair of Locs, some Dickies & thought about some Chuck Taylors or Tshirts but I knew my wife would get on my case for spending too much! I was happy with my purchase & definitely plan on returning asap(don't tell my ol' lady).”
“Idk what these other reviews are talking about, I go to this location all the time and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Not just to me, but to other customers. It sucks that someone would leave a bad review based on 1 bad experience that could have stemmed from misreading someone’s tone or catching an employee on a bad day. Someone could lose their job over a bad review even when it isn’t deserved.
Also, leaving a bad review is so lame for something like “the employee didn’t greet me” as if the world revolves around and you and every single store you go to is expected to stop why they’re doing and acknowledge your entrance.
TLDR This place has polite and helpful employees, cute clothes and a good atmosphere. My only complaint is the prices, which the employees don’t control, so it’s not worth affecting their rating. Caelynn and Sienna are both very sweet and attentive ❤”
“Good Torrid location. Affirming and supportive staff! They were patient, helpful, and attentive. As with all Torrid stores, they have a lot of size-inclusive options. I think my only rub with Torrid is I wish they would get a little more adventurous with their designs - but it's important to have your daily drivers! Definitely worth a visit.”
