“I originally signed up because I wanted something active but social to do on the weekends. Most workout facilities claim that there is a “community” and everyone is “family” and a part of an inclusive “club”, but that’s usually a facade. You go in for a workout and leave without having friendly conversations, you see the same people at several classes but for some reason everyone acts like they don’t know each other, instructors don’t remember anyone’s name, etc. But Pure Barre fulfills the social aspect of the membership. They plan outings for everyone to get together. The instructors are approachable and friendly. They know you not only by face, but by name as well (my name is hard to remember, but they genuinely try). I believe that because the staff are so affable, they attract and retain down-to-earth people as clientele. It’s a well-rounded workout facility!”

“My best friend threw a prom for her 30th birthday. We went to so many places trying to find dresses and couldn’t even find things we remotely liked, or thought were flattering. It’s started to get stressful wondering if we were going to have to order from Amazon.Then we came to Camille La Vie and the options were endless. I think the prices were extremely affordable considering we got high quality ballgowns we paid anywhere between $100-$250. Lots of clearance selections. Amazing selection of sizes, all organized well and easy to find. We didn’t have to dig at all. The only hard part was figuring out which dress to pick.I’ll probably get my wedding dress here if that’s a path in life I ever go down.The only thing I will say is, the sizing can be a bummer. I’m usually a 12 and could only fit into 16s, but hey no hard feelings. They go up pretty high in sizing and the attendant was super helpful with the fitting.”

“This location is my favorite because of the customer service! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Garrett goes the extra mile to provide a great experience. Jean shopping isn’t necessarily fun for me but he’s remembered my name since he first helped me out 2.5 years ago, also remembers my fave Jean “collections” and I’m sorry but that’s really impressive. They don’t carry a lot of items from the website but they order them for ya and arrive really quick and the exchanges/returns are easy and don’t feel like I’m being punished for not having had the chance to try something out at the store. This place is fun to shop at.”

“Really unique little store that has lots of unique treasures and so glad I stopped in today! After yoga class downstairs, I popped in to see what this place was about, and wow, this is a treasure trove of items from all over the world. Sweet! Clay, the owner, was super nice and we chatted the entire time I was looking around the store. He told me that this store has been here for 25 years and that he goes around the world looking for items and buys them up and then has them shipped back to here. Great! The reason the store is called Yucatecan Imports is when he first opened the store, he originally was bringing back hammocks from Yucatan, nice little history there! Each item in the store is marked with price and also where it comes from, so super cool! This is about as fair trade as it can be. Clay has hand painted scrolls from Thailand, Buddha calendars from Nepal, bookmarks from Turkey, earrings from Peru and Mexico, and my favorite, he has a chirango from Ecuador (however, the chirango was made in Bolivia)! I wanted to stay in here all day and look at everything he has as it is super neat all the wares he carries. He doesn't operate an online business, so he's old school, and wants you to come into his store, great! I ended up buying a mini wooden carved elephant from Thailand, this is a gift for my mom as she loves elephants (and so do I) and will send it to her! I'll definitely be back here especially when I have to find unique gift items for friends and family! Great little shop hidden away, come check it out!”

I can't remember the last time I received such personal attention & knock-my-socks off customer service! Besides that, the clothes are amazing! “I saw the Dickies logo on their window. I wasn't looking to buy some that day but decided to check it out anyway. I'm a large guy, so finding clothes my size can sometimes be a challenge. I either have to pay more for less or settle for what I can find in the store. I was very surprised & pleased to find pants in my size along with shirts, shoes & baseball caps. It kinda took me back in time when me & my homies would go to the mall to find stuff. I started with a cool pair of Locs, some Dickies & thought about some Chuck Taylors or Tshirts but I knew my wife would get on my case for spending too much! I was happy with my purchase & definitely plan on returning asap(don't tell my ol' lady).”

“We had 2 great cashiers. The first one was very helpful in trying to figure out why we were having trouble getting pictures of clothing sent to my daughter out of state for her yes or no on several items we picked out. The second cashier showed us a skirt going out on the clearance rack. My daughter initially said no but texted a few minutes later that she changed her mind and wanted it. We went back and she helped me locate the skirt and was super nice and friendly. Great staff and prices are great compared to the regular Torrid stores!”

“It had been sometime since I visited an Old Navy and decided to pop in while in Tempe Marketplace. Since that initial visit a year or two ago, I love to pop in for various basics and affordable trendier pieces. I was super impressed with their selection and wondered why I hadn't been in sooner! They had great options from basics to more in style pieces, at a fraction of many of the other box stores. I also love they have multiple cuts and styles in the same patterns, making it easy to find something for everyone. Their jeans have been quite impressive and extremely comfortable and flattering for. They also have a great athletic line, though I don't have many of their pieces. Lastly, their kids line is also great and always hits the mark when I'm looking for a gifts or items for the kids in my life. Overall, I feel like I make out really well and don't feel too upset if something gets ruined or only lasts a few seasons, though I have found most things have held up well. Staff is always friendly and returns are a breeze when necessary!”
