GameStop is a home base for gamers, offering new and used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories for all major systems, including retro gaming. It also carries trading cards and a wide variety of gaming, anime, and pop culture merchandise like collectibles, apparel, and board games. Customers can sell or trade their old items for cash or store credit. The store experience varies; some locations are a decent size with very knowledgeable and helpful employees who provide great service, quickly handling questions and helping with budgets. Other locations can feel cramped and cluttered with merchandise, making it hard to walk through, with very little room for people with mobility needs. While staff are generally friendly and nice, service can be inconsistent, with some employees appearing less engaged or occasionally moody when handling requests like returns.
This location is always good to come in, customer service is always good and the workers are super nice! The young man with black hair is awesome! Can’t remember his name! Overall always a good experience to come in and make purchases!

Manager went way out of his way to help me secure a game at a different location. Great service even if I had to make the extra drive to get what I wanted

Thankfully this places product makes up for its lack of customer service. Carlos “helped” check us out with minimal grunts, grumbles, and moans as he had to simply scan an online gift card and bag up our three items. The one on stapley has better products and way better service if you ask me
